Love the dentist and all the staff, but only 1 van accessible wheelchair user parking place. Doors not independently accessible and rooms cramped (old house). Makes us late and creating a spectacle blocking traffic trying to offload my wheelchair.

Dr. Andresen is top notch. He is amazing as is his assistants and staff. Professional, helpful and friendly. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

If you are looking for a prosthodontics that makes their own crowns, dentures, or anything for that matter, do not come here. Just like any dentist that does crowns they ship off your images to someone else. Why go to extra school to do the job of a regular dentist. All of my issues could have been answered over a phone call. I would not have needed to drive two hours to a specialist that isn’t actually special. However, I’m not surprised considering the receptionist can’t spell. You can’t get any questions answered over the phone because they do not actually know the capabilities of the dentist they work for. Go at your own risk. Do not ignore any red flags you see from them. I would recommend someone else but this office is the only so called “ prosthodontics” office in Reno. Other offices that may be able to help is smile dental. I have never and won’t be going there either. If you need specialty work you may need to travel to Sacramento or Las Vegas.

I trust Dr. Andresen with my dental care and also the care of my family! The dedication to technical medical / dental details,, creative artistic ability, excellent patient care, attention to the educational guidance of her very competent office staff, attentive facilitation of environmental office hygiene and the ability to actually listen to her patients all make each visit a meaningful experience. Other dentists had not been able to solve my complicated dental issues. Dr. Andresen has restored my smile and my oral health. Thank you for your excellent care and for greatly improving my quality of life!

I would just love to say I am 100% pleased! Totally friendly and its like a family environment. Never a long wait( ever) ! I went to get my top dentures and in 5 visits had them and they were amazing!!! I had so many compliments on them it was unbelievable. It's also a beautiful office!

I have already recommended this dentist to 3 friends and family members. Ashton was very empathetic when working with my struggles with insurance, only to end up getting me money back. Dr. Is very nice and is not judgemental which is hard to find when you are missing teeth. The appointments were on schedule and as expected. Thank you all for your kindness, and compassion!
