White Mountain Dental

My experience at WMD is always excellent! Everyone is nice and professional. My teeth feel so clean and they are very conscientious of costs and scheduling to maximize insurance coverage for my family. Dr. Carlson and Ronna have provided our dental care for 15+ years. They feel like family!

I was from out of town and had a medical emergency on a Sunday; this clinic was open and welcoming. They were clear about the alternatives I had to treat the problem and suggested alternative scenarios and invited my back to try something else if Plan A did not work. I did go back and was treated promptly. While I eventually resorted to the hospital emergency room for further treatment, it as because the problem was less simple than it at first appeared, and i had two visits to that facility as well before finding relief. all in al, I recommend this clinic.

They were very accommodating for my emergency. Dr. Carson was the best bed side manner. They made sure I was not uncomfortable at the office or at home. They are well worth having as my dental needs. Thank you White Mountain Dental

I had to leave my previous dentist rather unexpectedly, so finding a new office was a little stressful. Thankfully, White Mountain Dental has been wonderful so far. I’ve had around five appointments, and every experience has been positive. The entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind. From the front desk to the dental team, everyone has made me feel comfortable and respected. The dentist takes the time to listen to concerns and answer questions, and I never feel rushed during appointments. As someone who is autistic, dental visits can be especially difficult for me. I sometimes experience panic attacks or meltdowns during appointments, and that can be incredibly embarrassing and overwhelming. What has stood out to me most is how understanding and supportive the staff has been during those moments. They treat me with patience and compassion rather than judgment, which makes a huge difference. They are also happy to explain procedures and billing in detail whenever I ask, helping reduce a lot of the anxiety that comes with not knowing what to expect. One experience that really impressed me was when I accidentally showed up an hour late because I had the appointment time wrong. I fully expected to have to reschedule and pay a cancellation fee, but instead, the staff worked with me and did everything they could to fit me in later that same day. They were incredibly accommodating given the circumstance. It’s rare to find a dental office that combines professionalism with such genuine care for its patients. I’m very grateful to have found White Mountain Dental and look forward to continuing my care with them for years to come.

I really had a great experience in Dr. Carlson’s office. To begin, the receptionist was sweet and welcoming. The teamwork between Kailee and Rhona was phenomenal! So quick and efficient! Dr. Carlson quickly checked my teeth. I appreciate his kind, pleasant nature as well as his professionalism. I highly recommend White Mountain Dental.

WOW! Is all I can really say. Not what I was expecting from a visit to the Dentist. It was my first visit and from the moment I walked in, I was treated not like a new patient, but a long time friend. I walked in with a split and broken molar. Dr Carlson quickly diagnosed the issue, gave me options, and within 1 minute his staff had a priced plan in front of me to review. The price was very fair, I signed and immediately work began. Within an hour I walked out of there with an Xray confirmed successful root canal and paid about 150 dollars less than I was quoted. Where have you been all my life White Mountain Dental?
