The Smilist Dental Rockville Centre

Went in there for a cleaning and to have a broken cap/crown looked at. They wouldn't do a general cleaning because they said it was unethical and they would have to do a procedure where they would have to cut my gums. I said I am not up to that. I asked to do do Just a regular cleaning which they refused to do. My primary reason for going was to have a broken cap/crown evaluated. The first thing they should have did was bring the dentist in to look at the broken cap/crown. They did not. I ended up walking out. They had serviced me okay in the past but always tried to sell me things that I didn't ask for. Now when I ask for something they wouldn't do it. Don't know if it was an inexperienced individual helping me, butt in any regard they did not service me for the problem that I went there for. ( I already went to another dentist and had my broken cap attended to)

I want to say how grateful I am for my hygienist Kacey. I have PTSD and going to the dentist can be very difficult and stressful for me. From the moment I started my appointment, she was incredibly sweet, patient, understanding, and gentle with me. She never made me feel embarrassed or rushed and took the time to make sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire cleaning. I highly recommend this dental office.

Staff is professional, helpful, and polite. The establishment is clean and organized. Appointments are timely. The doctors and hygienists are knowledgeable and skilled. I have been with them for years and have only experienced improved results. Based on my experience, I definitely recommend them.

I had a wonderful experience at the Rockville Centre office! The entire team was outstanding—welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring from the moment I arrived. My hygienist was especially warm and friendly, and she took the time to share proper dental care tips that I had never learned before. As always my experience was absolutely perfect. From the time I walked in with the receptionist , into the dentist chair with their assistants.. it was a very pleasant experience. I must have been everybody in the office is always smiling which makes me feel at ease

The Smilest Dental of RVC is the most incredible dentistry office around! The entire front staff are attentive, kind, and the dentist staff and orthodontist are unmatched. The absolute best!!

I went to the Smilist in RVC for the first time today. I’m so happy that I came here. Front desk staff, amazing!! Parker, the hygienist…she is superb. She was so informative and kind. Dr Mujtaba explained everything with patience and showed interested in my concerns. I’m so excited to continue my dental care there.

KC is the best hygienist and Dr. Mujtaba one of the best dentists, both so kind and gentle. I went for a filling yesterday afternoon and one of the other hygienist who was assisting Dr. Mujtaba was so sweet, held my hand while the doctor was numbing me. The office staff is so friendly too!

Today I walked in Smilist Dental in Rockville Center for a comprehensive dental check up appointment with fear came out feeling fearless due to the exceptional service I received from the staffs, including the front desk coordinators. A big Shout out to Roberta- my hygienist (she was SUPER) in explaining everything she was doing making me feel at ease from my X-rays experience down to my cleaning. The doctor also took her time to examine my mouth and reviewing my X-rays to make me understand the plan thoroughly. Overall, I would highly recommend Smilist Dental to anyone’s for their dental needs.
