Enchantment Family Dentistry

I had my teeth cleaning done today and a new hygienist, Alexis, did the job. She uses some new (to me) techniques but gets the job done in a very professional manner.. She is another welcome addition to Dr Frizzell’s team.

I’m a resident physician at UNM and don’t often leave reviews but my experience here has been so great I just had to. Everyone here is extremely friendly and helpful from the receptionist to the dental hygienist to Dr. Frizzell. After not seeing a dentist for a few years, I came in needing a ton of work and they helped me get in multiple times over the course of a month. They called me when they had a cancellation as well as the receptionist being in close contact to help me schedule everything and remind me of appointments. Everything was done promptly to get my insurance pre-authorizations completed. I appreciated how thoroughly they explained what all my scans showed and what I needed done. I was pretty nervous based on how much work I needed done. They numbed me up completely and at every step of the way they checked in to make sure I was still comfortable. Dr. Frizzell and all her staff are also very involved in the community and they know you as a person. I lived in Albuquerque part of the year and Ruidoso part of the year, and I intentionally am trying to get all of my care here (as my schedule allows) because I simply have never had such a fantastic dental experience anywhere. There isn’t anything they can do better, everything has been great. Highly recommend!

Everyone at this clinic was awesome and I highly recommend them. We are RV’ers who are here for a month and I had a dental issue that I didn’t want to wait til I got back home to get diagnosed. You will love the dentist here!

The lady who cleaned my teeth today was overall the best I have had in a while! She was very sweet and kept me informed on everything she was doing! I am graduating in a couple of days and they all put together a graduation card with a little note from all of them and it was so unexpected! They were all so nice and I am very thankful for that!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience as new patients! The front desk staff were efficient and answered my questions. Renee, the dental hygienist, was gentle and thorough and took the time to explain each step. Dr. Frizzell put me at ease, competently explained what issues I was dealing with, and gave me options on my treatment plan. We are grateful to have Enchantment Family Dentistry in our community!
