Dr. Tahira Williams and her Assistant Tillie(Tilly?) were an absolutely joy to work with this past several months. I had some severe dental issues from an autoimmune disorder and medications, and looked everywhere to have honest answers given to me about what can be done. Not once did I ever feel that these ladies didn’t care, nor did they make me feel uncomfortable. They got me in very quick every time, always very professional and caring, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I finally have some peace with my smile and ability to eat without pain, and want to give these ladies some kudos for their hard work and efforts for every single visit. They even worked with me when my wife had an emergency surgery and I had an appointment that same day, and got me rescheduled extremely fast. Everyone in the office is a joy and absolute pleasure to work with, but wouldn’t want anyone else but Dr. Tahira Williams or Tillie to assist me in any future visits. Great work, and again, thank you!

After multiple sleepless nights and 1 failed attempt to pull out my own wisdom tooth , this place was able to get me in last minute and was able to pull my wisdom tooth. Amazing and friendly staff, Mohammed F. Shakarchi did amazing work pulling my tooth!

I made an appointment here a year ago last march (2025) for February (2026) 4 days before my appointment they called to tell me the dentist is on vacation and they have to reschedule me for September . Nine months out. To wait a year for this appointment only for them to reschedule me last minute in another nine months is completely unacceptable. It’s extremely unprofessional and wrong to treat patients like this. This place is obviously a mess and they don’t care about their patients . Absolutely do not recommend this office .

I haven't always been a fan of this practice in the past. However, they have come a long way and improved beyond measure. I am so thankful to all the staff at Community Dental who have supported me, encouraged me, and helped me deal with my extreme dental anxiety. Dr. Bullock and Ney are heaven sent!

When I found Dr. Pratt w/ Rutland Community Dental I never looked back. I felt like she was an angel from heaven. Not only is she the best dentist in Vermont but she has a wonderful bedside manner, she's very gentle and this lady has done her homework. If you have the chance to get in with her (almost impossible).. definitely do it.

Front desk ladies all are so nice.Dr, Williams was so kind and professional and so was her assistant. The hygienist Niki who cleaned my teeth was so kind as well and did such a great job. First time ever I get clean teeth with minimum pain and bleeding. She made sure I was comfortable.

Amazing service from check-in to check-out! I had a filling done by Dr. Williams and it was so quick and painless! She is extremely knowledgeable, efficient and truly a perfectionist. Her assistant Makala was also great and made me feel at ease!
