MI Smile Journey by Thomas Orthodontics - Saginaw

I normally dont write reviews but after my Dentist Dr. Charles Schumer referred me to Mi Smiles I felt compelled to. They were able to get me in the next day when I called. My visit was to replace my permanent bottom retainer which had broke. My original orthodontist had retired. Dr. Leddy. Dr. Thomas explained that he didn't have the exact kind I had but rest assured me that if I didn't like what he had he would take it out. I wasn't sure but I trusted him. Dr. Thomas and his staff were all so nice. My appointment was last of the day and he managed to replace it so I didn't have to stop back on another day. The new retainer was actually better than I had I barely know its there. For me bever being a patient there prior I felt just as important as any other client.

Everything went great. Everyone explained what they were doing step by step. Great experience.

We had the BEST experience Dr. THOMAS AND HIS TEAM! This was our first time getting braces, and from the moment we walked in, the entire team made us feel comfortable, informed, and excited about the process. They explained every step in a way that was easy to understand, answered all our questions with patience, and treated my child with so much kindness and care. The office is clean, welcoming, and runs on time (which I really appreciate!). The staff is incredibly friendly, and you can tell they truly love what they do. My child left smiling and confident — even with braces!

I love the interactions that I get here with the workers. Very nice and understanding. Also they take care of my teeth for me very well and fast.

Peggy and Dr. Thomas were incredibly efficient, professional and kind. My son came in excited and left extremely pleased. Our family was treated with dignity and learned a great deal about how to support our son. I will recommend these folks to others.
