I am so happy that I established care with this dentistry! Every time I come in for an appointment, I’m greeted by the friendliest front office staff and they make everything from checking in to checking out so easy. Ellie, the manager, is wonderful and is extremely helpful. Isaac and Dr. Chadd make my procedures feel easy and painless, they’re the funniest and most engaging dental team duo ever!

Went to San Clemente Dental Group due to an insurance change. I had a chipped tooth that needed repair with a filling. I was seen by Dr. Chadd and his assistant, Lety. I will happily continue with Dr. Chadd due to his professionalism and bedside manner. He made me feel very comfortable about the procedure and explained in detail the process. In the end, the filling went great and I was very pleased with everything from start to finish. I would recommend San Clemente Dental Group to family and friends.

Love Dr Buehler! He is always honest, kind, gentle and easy to talk to. He is conservative and never tries to sell something or do work that doesn’t need to be done. This visit I had the pleasure of meeting Lety also, his hygienist. She was wonderful! She was fast, genuinely caring and happy. I hope she stays at this office!

Dr. Chadd was knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and extremely gentle. I underwent a procedure with zero pain, and he made me feel at ease by explaining everything thoroughly before proceeding. The dental hygienists checked on my comfort level multiple times, and I felt that everyone truly made patient care their top priority. The office is very clean, and everything runs efficiently. I will definitely remain a patient for years to come!

I was able to schedule a first-time consultation relatively quickly, which I appreciated. However, I felt overwhelmed by the amount of dental work that was recommended during the visit — specifically three crowns and three onlays. I decided to seek a second opinion, and another dentist recommended moving forward with two crowns while monitoring a few other teeth for now. I had also scheduled a deep cleaning for three weeks after my consultation. Unfortunately, the appointment was canceled the morning of the visit with only about one hour’s notice, and the next available opening was another four weeks out. By comparison, the second dental office I visited was able to perform a consultation and, after confirming that a deep cleaning was necessary, completed the cleaning during the same visit for $300 less than what I was quoted at San Clemente Dental Group. Overall, the experience left me feeling more comfortable and confident pursuing treatment elsewhere.

I am one of those people that would prefer to be just about anywhere else than the “dentist’s chair.” I have been going to the group for over 2 years now having some extensive work done. Dr. Chad and his caring staff are professional, friendly but most of all compassionate making the process much easier. I would highly suggest San Clemente Dental Group and Dr. Chad to anyone in search of a new dentist.
