They make you feel like just another number instead of an actual patient, and the entire place has that cold corporate vibe where they clearly care more about billing than people. Almost every appointment I booked, I was left waiting close to an hour past my scheduled time, and the excuses were always terrible. I’m honestly glad I left. I’ve been gone for over 2 years now, and it was one of the best decisions I’ve made. Writing this review so others know what they’re walking into trust me, stay very far away from this office. It honestly proves my entire point, there is no real relationship with patients here, everyone is just treated like a dollar sign. What makes this even worse is that instead of actually listening to my concerns, I spent countless time on hold whenever I called, bounced around between someone named Anna Quintero and their so-called corporate office, and all they did was blame each other for the issues instead of helping me or listening to what I actually needed. This office gives off one of the most cold, corporate, money-driven experiences I’ve ever dealt with. To double down on my original review: leaving over 2 years ago was one of the greatest decisions I’ve ever made. I genuinely feel bad for current patients dealing with this environment.

I'm extremely satisfied with bright now dental my mother had an emergency and she didn't have an appointment. The nice Hispanic lady sitting in the front greet us nice and she took my mom as a walk in because she was in pain. I will definitely recommend my family and friends

I had a really great experience at Bright Now Dental in San Pedro. The dentists are friendly, professional, and take the time to make you feel comfortable. The dental assistants are kind and attentive, which makes a big difference during your visit. Ms. Ana, the manager, does an excellent job keeping everything organized and running smoothly. The front desk staff is also welcoming and efficient, making check-in and scheduling easy. Overall, a very positive experience—I definitely recommend this office!

I being coming here for years! This is my family dental as many of poor reviews are put here I want to express my thoughts if you are coming to a Clinic please be aware there will be a wait time,Insurance issues and paperwork! If you want to be only patient and seen right when you walk in please go private office. Your coming to dental appointment not a drive thru ..I work in healthcare there is a wait at my work !! I love my new Dentist she is very patience and assistant are very good and front staff !!!

Been coming to this location for over 7 years, and everytime i felt welcomed! My son and i teeth are now straight and well kept because of bright now 😃! I would recommend them to anyone interested in being handled with care and great results. Because thats what they give. The employees makes it even more welcoming .

Came in for an appointment. The office was very clean. Everyone was friendly and helpful. In addition to the Doctor's patience and professionalism, she was very knowledgeable, which helped me a lot in understanding what treatments I want for my teeth. I strongly recommend this office!

Great dental facility. I see all these reviews that dont reflect how amazing the staff does here. Scheduling is easy. Staff is honest and respectful. Facility is clean and well air conditioned, Compared to other facilities. I would rather travel 40 min to get here then to go anywhere else. The Manager is understanding and patience even tho she must have a stressful job. I've recommended this dental office to all my family, friends, and coworkers.
