Such a WONDERFUL and beautiful staff! My son & I were traveling very early and he felt sudden tooth pain. Thank god that we stumbled upon Dentist of Santa Clara. Every single staff member that we came across from the front desk, x-ray technician, dental assistant and of course Dr. Sawaf was beyond amazing and kind! We unfortunately do not have insurance at the moment and it could have been a perfect opportunity to be taken advantage of being out of town and it being an emergency. (Other dental offices I called were excessively expensive just for an exam) Instead Dr. Sawaf was BEYOND generous. I am so grateful for him and his staff. I cannot thank them enough! Thank you all again so so so much for your generosity. Dr. Sawaf was amazing with my son. He is a doctor that cares about his patients and there is nothing better than that!

I had an excellent experience at Dentists of Santa Clara! From the moment I walked in, Jocelyn at the front office was friendly, welcoming, and made the check-in process quick and easy. I came in for a full exam, deep cleaning, and laser treatment. Dr. Sawaf was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain my treatment plan and answer all of my questions. Kleivert, the dental assistant, was attentive, kind, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. Reyna did an amazing job with my deep cleaning. She was gentle, knowledgeable, and explained each step of the laser treatment, making the entire experience much less intimidating than I expected. The whole team worked together seamlessly, and I left feeling well cared for and confident in my dental health. I highly recommend Dentists of Santa Clara to anyone looking for a skilled, compassionate, and professional dental team!

I had an outstanding experience at this dental office, and a huge part of that was thanks to the incredible office manager. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and valued. They were kind, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. The office was well organized, appointments were handled efficiently, and any questions I had about scheduling, insurance, or treatment were answered with patience and clarity. It’s clear they take pride in creating a positive experience for every patient. Exceptional customer service is hard to find these days, but Jocelyn truly went above and beyond. Her warm attitude, attention to detail, and dedication made my visit stress-free and enjoyable. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for excellent care and outstanding customer service!

Before checking in for my appointment, I witnessed an X-ray technician and a front desk employee arguing with a patient about their insurance coverage. This immediately raised concerns for me. If you have HMO dental insurance, they will accept your insurance, but be AWARE that they may try to manipulate you to agree to deep cleaning and other treatments that are not covered by HMO insurance. It seems the dental office uses this approach to increase profit from patients, since HMO insurance does not reimburse them well. When I was checked in, the X-ray technician appeared irritable and had a condescending attitude. She also took my blood pressure incorrectly and openly admitted she hated certain tasks. The gaslighting by staff was another major red flag. Although I agreed to the additional deep cleaning—since it had been a while and I wanted to be proactive—I felt the staff and dentist prioritized upselling over genuine patient care. This emphasis on extra services rather than patient satisfaction was disappointing, especially at a time when many are wary of unnecessary expenses given the current economy and political climate. The hygienist that cleaned my teeth seemed irritated and also had a condescending attitude. Having never had any issues with my previous dentist and always taken good care of my teeth, I was surprised and uncomfortable when the other staff (not the dentist) suggested I had major dental and health problems. The office was notably empty inside, which did not surprise me. Overall, my experience suggested this dental office values profit over patient well-being.

I contacted the office for an emergency, a broken front capped tooth the was ready to fall out, on the afternoon before a three day holiday weekend. They were so helpful, the office helping me get my insurance settled right away. The staff was so welcoming, understanding and kind. They made me feel comfortable, which is not something that’s easy for me at a dentist office. We talked the immediate need as well as next steps to improve my dental health. I am so grateful for the wonderful service, And I’m happy that I have found my new dentist! Thank you Dr Sawaf and of course Laura! The best dental treatment I ever had. My childhood was traumatic with dental visits. Hated everything about the dentist from the drilling to the shots. Here at dentists of Santa Clara they gave me the best treatment from start to finish. They are patient, compassionate, understanding and really friendly. I am glad I found my permanent dentist location. Highly recommended to be seen and treated by Dr. Sawaf, Laura, and Klaivert. Thank you all!

I was surprised to see how state-of-the-art they were. I was nervous to get fitted for my night guard (in the past, other places use the goo), but they had technology for this that scans your teeth instead! Laura was assigned to my appointment, she was great at walking me through the process. And she was so sweet. Such cool eyelashes! What a stress free night guard fitting! Great service, great equipment, great experience!

I trust this office with my teeth and my sense of humor. Came in for an emergency and they got me in same day. I keep coming back because everyone is kind, professional, and hilarious. Laura is wonderful and makes you feel comfortable right away, and Dr. Sawaf has incredibly gentle hands—getting numbed is something I’m usually anxious about, but he makes procedures feel smooth and easy. 10/10 would let them judge my flossing habits again!!
