Santa Cruz Family Dentists has provided me with the best and most compassionate service I have ever received from a dental office. I walked in very scared and embarrassed but Dr. Bob, Nick, and their entire staff did not judge. They took the time to explain my options, answered every question I had (even after my initial consultation), and gave me several options to find financing that fit my needs and wallet. All while never being pushy or giving me a hard sell. Throughout the four month procedure they were always available by phone to answer any questions or concerns. When something was uncomfortable or bothering me they always got me in quickly to resolve it. Their office and equipment are modern and cutting edge which allowed for a much better overall experience. While my dental procedure was one of the most challenging things I have ever experienced they made the entire process as easy and painless as possible. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Office lovely , staff, friendly, Nick is so kind. Dr. Matiasevich very welcoming and extremely professional and efficient. My first service was a temporary tooth and they gave me medication to help me through that Service I felt nothing . On my return, he replaced the temporary with a permanent tooth and I was extremely pleased with the result. My teeth need lots of attention so in the future, I will continue to share my experience. I would recommend this Dr. and his staff Highly with confidence.

Came in for an emergency cap replacement today. They got me in the next day and did a great job for me. I am definitely changing dentist to SC Family Dentists, looking forward to seeing them in August.

I came here to get X-rays and a checkup as I haven’t been to a dentist in an embarrassingly long time. Everything appeared very clean and organized and there was a friendly presence as soon as I walked in the door. Since my wonderful dentist, Rick Smith retired A few years ago, I've been looking for a dental office. That was everything I experienced today at Santa Cruz Family Dentists. I really like my new dentist, Dr. Shultz. And all the staff were professional and welcoming.

Dr Bob and his team are out this world. I always feel comfortable and well taken care of when I walk into the office. Today I had a crown that was discolored Dr Bob without hesitation let's get that fixed! They treat you with smiles, kindness, and professionalism I am grateful for the entire team. Thank you, Kelly

I walked into Dr. Matiasevich's office yesterday, for an extraction of a tooth the couldn't be saved. My first time there. From the start and throughout the visit, the entire staff, from the folks at the front desk to the Doctor and his dental assistants were very friendly and professional. The Doctor took a look at my tooth, agreed that it couldn't be saved and set up to extract right then and there. The extraction was quick and painless with a local anesthetic (I was offered nitrous oxide but declined its use). I was instructed how to control any bleeding that might occur, paid the fee for all this, which was quite reasonable, and left. In a surprise to all of us, later that afternoon the bleeding in my mouth became quite profuse, so I called the office and came back in. The Doctor and assistant cleared out my mouth, checked the packing at the extraction site, had me press hard onto the site with gauze and had me wait in the chair for over half an hour, replacing the gauze at 15 minute intervals until the bleeding was stopped. All of this at no charge. This morning, everything seems fine in my mouth, though I still have a normal recovery period to go through. I would recommend Dr. Matiasevich and his staff. to anyone needing dental work. They're great!

Everyone in the office was super helpful and kind. They had a very welcoming environment and super sweet front office staff. I would highly recommend them. Especially being my first time there. I’m definitely coming here for all my dental needs. Thank you so much.
