This has truly become our family dental office, and I’ve brought my whole family here. Dr. J is an exceptional combination of professionalism and genuine care. He always greets you with a smile, never makes you feel rushed, patiently answers every question, and takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. I also really appreciate how approachable the entire practice is. When you call, you can actually speak with a real person who listens to your concerns and helps you get the information you need. That kind of personal attention is becoming rare. My son was the last in our family to join the practice, and after his first visit, he immediately said this was the only dental office he wanted to go to. He was actually disappointed to learn that Dr. J isn’t an orthodontist too! What impressed me most was the way the team welcomed him, acknowledged him directly, listened to him, and treated him with the same respect they would give an adult. That’s exactly what children want - to feel seen, heard, and taken seriously. We feel very fortunate to have found a dental practice we trust with our whole family.

I hadn't seen a dentist for about 11 years and was afraid and ashamed of my teeth and their condition. The entire office was friendly and accommodating and made me feel welcome. The work has been nothing but outstanding. From cleanings, to fillings, to polishing and refreshing my smile, I'm no longer afraid to smile, and know Kierland Dental Arts are truly working toward my best dental health available. I've now had 3 sessions of fillings, and general repair, as well as visual aesthetic work, beyond just health maintainence, and am actually looking forward to finish the work I need and moving toward a continued health routine. Dr Jeff and the whole team provide a great retinue for keeping my smile as amazing as it has become and could be.

Kierland Dental is attentive and professional. The front desk staff are friendly and accommodating, and the hygienist, Alex, is great at listening to my dental routine and suggesting ways to increase my health. He does a great job at routine cleaning, and I leave excited about how my teeth shine! I have gingivitis and Dr. J. works with me on a routine that works for me. I am a mouth breather and need to do at-home fixes, but his care is above and beyond!

My friends recommended me this office when I moved to Phoenix. I was able to schedule appointment easily online and Beth from the front desk was so helpful in arranging my new-patient visit. The location is very convenient to access, and I really enjoyed the environment of the office (especially the screen showing beautiful sceneries). Everyone was so nice and warm, and I absolutely loved my hygienist Alex who is so careful and did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth (no pain at all which is very important to me). Dr. J is amazing and though we had a time constraint because I had to go to my next meeting, he quickly did a thorough evaluation of my dental health and identified key areas for monitoring. I didn’t catch the name of another staff assisting Dr. J but she is super nice too and was on top of my schedule and help made sure I leave on time. I cannot say thank you enough to everyone in the office and felt so lucky that I found them. I look forward to my next visit already!

I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place. Dr.J is truly one of the best dentists I’ve ever had, so humble, kind, and incredibly informative. He takes the time to explain everything in a way that makes you feel comfortable and confident in your care, which is rare. Beth at the front office was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met. She made the entire experience smooth from start to finish. Stacey, Roxanne, and Jen were also phenomenal, each of them so warm, professional, and attentive. You can tell this team genuinely cares about their patients. Such a wonderful experience overall. I’m so grateful I found this office!

Everyone was super nice and friendly! It was great to get the paper work out of the way prior to my appointment instead of sitting in the lobby doing it first thing. The front desk ladies were very sweet. I didn’t catch my hygienist’s name, but he was very nice and took his time on my teeth cleaning. I haven’t been to a dentist in a while so the technology with the x-ray machine and 3D scan of my mouth was new but awesome to have the dentist come in and show my teeth while he explained the work I need done. Overall, a great experience.

I started going to this dental office after being taken advantage of by my previous dentist. Kirkland Dental Arts had everything I was looking. Dr J is awesome and so is his staff. Everyone in the office is friendly and focused on doing whats best for their patients. I never have to second guess what Dr J tells me because he is very trustworthy. I have been going to this dental office for about 5 years. I plan to keep coming back for as long as possible. I recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist. You won't regret it!
