Deer Creek Dental Care

I’ve always had a bit of dental anxiety, but the team at Deer Creek Dental Care completely changed that for me. From the moment I walked in, they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, relaxed, and informed. ​The staff is incredibly kind, patient, and absolutely amazing at what they do. They explained everything clearly, completed dental procedures with a gental touch, and made the whole appointment entirely pain-free. ​If you are nervous about going to the dentist, do yourself a favor and book here. They are true professionals who actually care about their patients. 10/10!

My son and I were seen at Deer Creek today and it was nothing less than the best experience ever! They explained everything ahead of time, they took the time to go over cost of treatment, and it was pain free! I didn't even have to be numbed up for my work. This place is top notch 100% would recommend!!! Since this visit, we've been back. The staff is SUPER SWEET!!!! I am so glad we go to such a great doctor and Hygenists!!!!!!! Natalia is my favorite, but my kids go to Madison and the other girl!!!! They are all great Hygenists!!!!!

I had cleaning appointment, which I needed rescheduled. When calling them, they “couldn’t find” my scheduled appointment. Finally, after I said I have an appointment card reminder, they were able to “find” my appointment. Sounding like they didn’t want to schedule my new appointment, saying they were full one day and completely booked another day…I was scheduled for 3 weeks later. Few hrs later I received a call from their office and was given an ultimatum. I was told that if I wouldn’t remove my previous low review, I would Not be able to come in for my cleaning appointment. Only if I deleted my review, then I can stay their patient and come in for my cleaning appointment. If there was something available below a one star, they deserve it. Definitely does not sound like this office cares about their patients and their healthy smile. They made me choose between making sure my teeth don’t have any cavities and deleting my honest previous review.

If you are looking for a dentist that truly understands how to work with children, look no further than Deer Creek Dental. My daughter had to have quite a bit of dental work done, and I was amazed by how the staff turned it into a wonderful experience. Nataliya was so sweet and kind that she actually turned my six-year-old into a fan of the dentist! It is rare to find a team that combines high-quality clinical care with such a warm, welcoming environment. We are so grateful to have found them. I highly recommend this place!

Very friendly staff, great experience with everyone! They answer all questions I had and were very patient. Dr. Chappell was very nice and thorough with his exam and explaining what I needed to have done. Nataliya does an excellent job cleaning! For anyone with anxiety, this office does an amazing job taking care of their patients and putting them at ease while they care for your teeth.
