Dr. C Family Dentistry - Spokane Valley

I have gone to Dr C dentistry since 2011. They were a small family run place then. I enjoyed the family atmosphere very much. It has grown a lot but hasn't lost the family touch. The dentists and assistants are very caring and considerate of all my needs. A big thank you to them!

At first I genuinely thought I would like this office. I allowed them to do a lot of work on me. I even recommended my mom to them. Sadly, I feel that they took advantage. 1st they gave my mom a $6,000 implant and the color didn’t match. They didn’t offer her a new implant. That’s insane. It should be their job to color match. 2nd they told me I needed an extreme deep cleaning and a crown on a back tooth, I went and got a second opinion and was told that was unnecessary and that a regular cleaning should be fine along with not getting the crown. I feel very confused because I allowed Dr.C’s to do multiple other crowns on my teeth and now I’m wondering if any of them were actually necessary. And then 3rd. The dentist slipped when doing an extraction and completely cut my lip. There have been some other instances I could add but I feel like these are enough at this point. I’m disappointed because I truly trusted the dentist I was seeingg here I would never trust them again or advise anyone to go here. My experiences alone were awful but after what they did with my moms implant it was obvious they didn’t care about their customers, only money.

The dentist can be anxiety inducing for a lot of people and for others can bring feelings of deep shame or embarrassment, but not here! My experience started out with Layken who was so sweet, explained everything throughly and put any nerves I did have about seeing a new dentist at ease. When it was time to see Dr. Steph and hygienist Nicci, I immediately felt so comfortable with them. They explained and left room for questions so I never felt rushed, both were super energetic and bubbly, and I felt confident in them with my dental care within seconds. I KNEW my needs, voice and concerns were top priority and I wasn’t just another person passing through the office. Thank you to the staff I’m so happy I found Dr. C Family Dentistry!

New to the area I scheduled my dental care with Dr.C based on recommendation from my daughter. Any fear I entered with immediately faded away. Reception gave a welcoming greeting and thanked me for completing my paperwork online and reminded me of a departure coffee. A technician quickly greeted me, got me situated, quickly and professionally completed the thorough imaging of my teeth and mouth, answered my questions and made me feel at ease. He worked as a recorder while the hygienist did a thorough evaluation of teeth and gums. The cleaning was state of the art, painless, thorough, plus the hygienist was engaging, and answered every question. The dentist was very nice, ensured all questions were answered and showed detailed images of my teeth.He even examined my tongue. I feel very lucky to have found such a wonderful dental provider for my future care.

I had never been to this office before today, but I am so glad that I was recommended to go to this phenomenal facility! I came in for a quick orthodontic fix after my permanent retainer popped off of the back of my front teeth! I hadn't seen an orthodontist in over 20 years, so I was nervous about the cost and any new orthodontic findings they might find! Dr. Bean and his assistant was amazing! I had a consult first, answered all of my questions, and he even had enough time to fix my permanent retainer! I definitely plan to come back in the future for both orthodontics and dentistry care! The fresh made gourmet coffee was an amazing and neat surprise as I went out the door! Hands down I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you again!

Hands down, best dental care you can get as a one stop shop for the most part!! My family comes here for ortho, kids dental and general dental care. Dr. Amy did my sons treatment today and was very thorough throughout the entire appointment showing him what she is doing or using each step to put my sons dental anxiety at ease! He also wanted to bring his electric toothbrush to ask her how he can brush better to avoid these cavities in the future and she took a solid two minutes with a mirror and he now understands better how to brush correctly and get every spot! He was very happy when we left and said he is never going to a different office again. Also, Lexxi was amazing while assisting!!
