Best experience I have ever had in a dental office. Everyone is so kind, happy, and good at their jobs. They truly treat you with so much respect as well. I can’t say enough about this practice.

I rarely leave negative reviews, especially because my first appointment with Dr. Ledger was excellent. He was warm, friendly, and made me feel completely at ease. Going into my first filling, I actually felt confident because of how positive that initial experience had been. Unfortunately, today's appointment was the complete opposite. From the moment he walked into the room, he was cold and dismissive. I tried to joke that I wasn't ready yet, hoping to ease my nerves, but he didn't respond. I reminded him that I get very shaky from local anesthetic, and instead of offering reassurance, he said, "You've had a lot of dental work. This is all we've got. You'll be fine." During the procedure, he placed and tightened the thin metal matrix band around my tooth. As soon as it was tightened, I could clearly feel it digging and stabbing into my gum line. This wasn't pressure—it was sharp, localized pain exactly where the band was pressing against my gum. I told him I was in pain, but he argued that it was "just pressure." No, it was pain. I tried to explain that it genuinely hurt, but he became irritated and told me there was nothing he could do about it. The pain continued the entire time the band was in place. At that point, I stopped saying anything and just lay there with tears running down into my ears while he continued working. His incredibly kind assistant quietly wiped away my tears and showed me more compassion than the person performing the procedure. An hour later, my gum remains sore, and I now have a cut along my gum line. After the procedure, instead of apologizing or acknowledging that I had a painful experience, Dr. Ledger asked if I had generalized anxiety. I told him no. It felt like he was trying to blame my reaction on anxiety instead of accepting that I had repeatedly told him I was in pain. I told him I would never come back. His response was, "Really? Wow." He then walked out of the room repeating, "Wooow." I want to be very clear that every other member of the office was wonderful. The front desk staff, hygienist, and assistant were all kind, compassionate, and professional. They deserve five stars. I genuinely feel bad that they have to work with what can only be described as a Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde personality. I know Dr. Ledger personally responds to his reviews, so I'll say this directly: Do better. Patients shouldn't have to argue with their dentist about whether they're feeling pain. If a patient tells you something hurts, listen. Even if there's no alternative, empathy costs nothing. No one should leave a routine filling appointment in tears, be left with an injured gum, and then have their experience dismissed as anxiety. I told you from the very beginning that I was uncomfortable and afraid of dental work. Instead of helping me through that, you made one of my biggest fears come true.

I've always been afraid of going to the dentist, but years ago I finally found one who made me feel comfortable. When he retired in 2019, I spent years trying different dentists, hoping to find that same level of care again. Unfortunately, I kept coming away disappointed—until I found Spring Hill Dental Associates and Dr. Ledger. From my very first visit, I knew I had finally found the right place. Dr. Ledger is gentle, caring, and takes the time to make sure you're comfortable. Every procedure I've had has gone smoothly with great results. The entire staff is amazing too. Everyone is so friendly, kind, and welcoming, and they really make you feel at ease from the moment you walk in. It's such a warm, positive atmosphere. A big thank you to Dr. Ledger and the entire team for making going to the dentist something I no longer dread. I truly appreciate everything you do, and I highly recommend Spring Hill Dental Associates to anyone looking for exceptional dental care!

I've been twice so far, once for an initial consult and another time for my cleaning. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and do great work. They are informative, prepare you for things that may cause discomfort, ask what option you prefer, etc. Dr. Jason explained all my x-rays and pictures, what he saw, what work is needed and why, and they provided a detailed report with insurance coverage and my out of pocket estimate. I'm glad I found Spring Hill Dental Associates.

I was pleasantly surprised at how painless and quick my cavity filling was today. Fillings for me use to be terrifying but Dr. Jason made it a breeze.i would definitely recommend him.

This dental office has the most competent and efficient staff I have ever seen. They take their time and go over all questions you might have. The dental hygienist was amazing! She was gentle and took her time. She was never frustrated or made me feel bad about the state of my teeth. The dentist himself doesn't need much more praise, his reviews speak for themselves! He is outstanding and truly cares about what is best for you, not about how much he can get out of you. I have avoided dentists for way too long because this service and treatment is sadly NOT the standard. They raise the bar.

This dentist office is very professional. The staff is friendly. The billing department is superb. The copay is always on point instead of being charged large amounts to get a credit after. Dr. Ledger is fixing the plethora of mistakes made by my last dentist office.

It is with pure joy and utmost satisfaction that I am giving this outstanding review. This was my first appointment at Spring Hill Dental and my welcome made me feel like I was part of the “family”. From the welcome to the Good bye, I was treated so respectfully and kindly that all my fears were gone. The personnel greeted me by name and with no wait time my adventure from start to finish was on its way. Dr Ledger and his team work as a well oiled machine, from X-ray to visit with Doctor to cleaning. I hope that if you are looking for a new Dentist, Spring Hill Dental would be the place for you. My star rating is 5 plus. Treat yourself to the best Dentist that took me 74 years to find. Have a great day.

Do not recommend, they are not even a shadow of the old office and staff. I've had unnecessary treatment (filling micro cavities that don't need treatment), so has my husband, and I went through 4 different hygienists in 2 years all of them getting progressively worse. The initial hygienist was excellent, the last 2 were the worst I have ever experienced in my life, and I enjoy getting my teeth cleaned. I get the impression they only care about money and not client care. The office staff is mediocre especially scheduling.
