Ballas Dental Care

I saw Dr.Haines, Ballas Dental, yesterday and had a lengthy procedure done, canaries, removing a crown, and received two new crowns. I was very anxious, but Dr.Haines and his dental assistant, made me feel at ease right away! They were caring and I received excellent care and left feeling very happy with the whole experience!!

I’ve had two services performed by Ballas Dental in the last 30 days—a filling involving two teeth and a cleaning. Both could not have been smoother or more painless. Dr. Bakula and his team were on time, professional, kind, and courteous. They respected my time and got me in and out with minimal disruption to my work day. The filling procedure—which I was dreading—went smoothly. I hardly felt anything. And the results so far have been great. My teeth feel smooth to my tongue again and, more importantly, I know the issue has been taken care of. Stephanie was the hygienist who performed my cleaning. She did a terrific job of cleaning my teeth and had no errant missteps with her tools that could have caused me pain: she was precise with the micro-movements of hand involved in cleaning. Again, I felt no pain. I was very pleased with her work. I highly recommend Ballas Dental: they’re the kind of dentists we’ve been waiting for.

Ballas Dental is outstanding! Today I as my first visit as a new patient & the entire experience was exceptional: Dr. Watanabe is stellar! He was welcoming, provided excellent explanations the overall health of my teeth & gums, etc. He provided a thorough examination & took time to answer any questions! Likewise, his dental assistant, “Danni” provided the most thorough cleaning I’ve ever had & was so gentle. Her dental health knowledge was excellent and she took plenty of time to answer all questions, too. Besides their excellent quality care, their personalities were warm and very pleasant!! Their front desk staff was also extremely friendly & efficient! This has been the best dental care I’ve ever experienced!!

Great experience overall. Ballas Dental Care is the best. Dr Bakula and Melissa treated me with care while having very calming presence and gentle touch. They answered all my questions and even took the time to explain the process of making the same day crown. I will definitely be referring anyone who needs EXCELLENT dental care to BDC!!!

I had a great visit at Ballas Dental this week. The office staff quickly checked me in and asked if there were any changes to my coverage. My appointment was for 8am, and it promptly started on time. My hygienist was friendly and provided me feedback as she was cleaning my teeth by telling me what she found, the probable cause, and preventative recommendations for the future. After my cleaning, Dr Olivier performed her examination and, after touching bases on our recent travels and future plans, I was on my way home. I feel the staff at Ballas Dental work as a good team. They are professional, friendly, and seem to have fun with each other. We’ve been using Ballas Dental for over 35 years and haven’t intention of changing.

I've been cared for by Ballas Dental in an expectionally good way the past many years. Today I worked with a new hygienist--not new to the practice--but first time for me and she was great. All the doctors and dental professionals display a keen focus on their specialty and skilled in their patient contact. The office is always well-staffed, comfortable and accommodating. I recommended Dr. Haines to my elderly parents and anyone who is seeking excellent dental care.

I recently had my first appointment at Ballas Dental, and I am so happy with my choice. I wish I remembered her name, but my dental hygienist was amazing. She had great conversation, a wonderful sense of humor, and was so kind when I mentioned my high school son is interested in dentistry. She even asked if he would be interested in a summer opportunity. Dr. McDreamy (Dr. Bakula) was also very kind. This office has an amazing vibe. I have some expensive work ahead of me, but I am genuinely happy to get it done with this team. I will also be scheduling my whole family for their exams. Oh, and they have Saturday availability!
