I just moved here from out of state, set up an appointment for routine check-up and cleaning. From the first moment I called for an appointment the receptionist was rude and it just went downhill from there. I had to pay $100 for my copay which I still don't understand and she could not explain why. I needed a 'night guard' replacement and have the mold from my last replacement, my teeth have not changed so I stopped in to check about the cost. Again she is very rude and let me know it would be $500. I explained to her I just needed a replacement with my own mold and didn't need new impressions, she was just plain nasty and told me again it would be $500 and that was what her paper stated that she was referencing, instead of trying to see if there could be a different price for my situation she chose to be rude again. I don't feel I need to do business with an establishment that would allow an employee to be so rude to their patients. I was very pleased with the doctor and hygienist but the receptionist needs some training or needs to leave. I have chosen to leave and find another dentist. Good luck for any new customers coming in, they obviously don't need the business.

Terrible trauma I went through. Front desk person was rude from the moment I went in. Was told all teeth had to be removed but I would be given a "loopy" pill so as not to remember the pain. I requested the gas that would keep me from feeling the pain of the needles that my insurance wouldn't cover. No loopy pill when I got there. Front desk lady said we have to order this in advance. Girl, you knew I was coming for 3 months. They didn't even wait for the gas to start working before the needles. They gave ibuprofen for the pain which did not work. After saying we'll give you hydrocodone. Ten days I was in Terrible pain. Don't go there!

Broke a tooth last night. Called and was able to be seen in a couple hours fixed up like new and got a cleaning! . Loved my old dental office but haven't been to my them in 3 years because of loss of insurance and them not taking my new insurance. This is for sure my new dentist! Great service, great employees. Thank you so much!

This will be my new Dentist! I am newer to the area and have not established a primary dentist yet. I had a filling fall out and procrastinated until the point I started feeling pain. I called 5 different dentist in town and 1 in FG. The only office that told me to come in and they would try to help me was Allison Errol. I commend them for that. No other dentist would even try to help me. Now I would like to talk about my experience when I went in. The lady at the front desk was polite and helpful. I filled out the paperwork and prepared myself for a long sit. The waiting are is comfortable and seemed to stay busy but not over crowded. People went in and people came out, I waited for about 45min and they called me back. The surgical room was ready for me and the assistant started preparing me right away, followed by the dentist. He diagnosed the problem and was very honest when explaining everything. They showed me the quote and started the process. It was a pleasant experience. When I went to pay, my interaction with the lady up front was nothing but welcoming and helpful. I appreciate that. Thank you to the great staff and awesome work from Errol.

I love my dentist he is amazing the other dentist wanted to pull all my teeth he let me keep mine. The flip side is the front desk gal is very rude and unpleasant to clients This has been every visit. Also make it a point to tell all new customers that when the confirmation comes to there phone they must open it and confirm, this was not shared with me or my husband we both saw the message stating when are appt was and we showed up...just for the rude receptionist to be rude...thank God on my visit they had several back to back cancellations so I got hrs of work..thank you DDS Allison for your compassion and care, but that gal up front needs to go.

Super friendly and proactive team here that is great at problem solving! I came in because I had really bad pain I just could not handle anymore and I left with no pain at all during or after the procedure! Even the numbing process was gentle I was in shock to not even hardly feel a pinch! The dentist was great! He was super proactive, friendly, and made me feel extremely comfortable despite needing a double root canal. I was terrified to have a procedure done because my dentist I went to as a kid was mean, yelled, and would never get me numb enough! I did not feel a thing during this procedure! His assistant was so friendly and patient too! She will absolutely advocate for her patients and come up with the best solutions for them...she is an absolute gem and she truly cares about the patients! Thankful to have found this place and I will definitely be bringing the whole family here from now on!
