The staff is very friendly and professional. I love that they actually take you back at your scheduled appointment time instead of making you wait. The hygienists are personable and attentive, and I really appreciate that they wait to open the sterilized dental instruments until you’re seated so you can see everything is fresh and clean. The location is also a huge plus — conveniently tucked away from the crazy I-35 traffic and the congested areas of Temple.

Although I am from Chicago and had to visit them on an emergency basis I was treated with much love and respect Thank you 🙏 Professionals at their finest!!!!!! Great job team

I’ve always had a great experience at Dr. Fossum’s office. Dr. Fossum and the entire staff are always friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. They take their time to explain everything clearly and make sure all of my questions are answered, which really makes you feel comfortable and valued as a patient. The office is welcoming, organized, and the level of care they provide is outstanding. I truly appreciate how kind and attentive everyone is, and I would highly recommend Dr. Fossum’s office to anyone looking for excellent dental care!

Hands down one of the best experiences I have ever had at a dental practice! From the moment you enter the office, you are met with a smiling face. It was evident in just those first few moments that the team was expecting me and that they were organized and efficient. There is a positive energy from the entire team and it's evident this office works well together creating a well oiled machine. The customer experience was top of mind, everyone was easy to speak with, engaged, and thoughtful in their approach. Dr. Fossum presented with professionalism and confidence in his work and made me feel at ease. I arrived for a very minor concern with a chipped tooth that was addressed in no time and I will now be scheduling all of my cleanings and any other dental care at this location. I hadn’t had an exam or cleaning in over a year (completely my fault), but Dr. Fossum and his team took such great care of me from start to finish. They made sure I was comfortable the entire time and never once made me feel judged. Danya and Celestina were amazing they walked me through my treatment, educated me along the way, and truly helped keep me calm. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients. Dr. Fossum is quick and has such a gift for his craft. I can’t say enough good things about this team. I’m so grateful for the care I received today! Thank you!

The team is very pleasant from the front office to the back. Very professional and nice and definitely know what they are doing. I know most people do not like to go to the Dentist. But this was the most pleasant I have had out of any other Dentistry. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for the best dentist's office I have ever been to to.

Good timing for them and me. They were able to put me in a no-show slot even though my appointment was the following week. As usual, my cleaning procedure, complete X-ray on all teeth, scheduling next appointment and check out was flawless. I feel confident that Dr. Fossom and his staff have given me the best care when it comes to preserving my teeth as I age! Job well done!

I recently moved to the area and found this dentist to be highly rated. After visiting, I understand why. They were very knowledgeable and were able to evaluate my situation and set me up with the proper referrals. I was in a lot of pain and not only did they do everything they could, they identified everything that needed done rapidly and were able to get me in to see everyone I needed to on the same day. Their staff were all extremely nice and accommodating, as well, showing me every option I had for treatment and payments. This is the best dentist office I have ever been to. Icing on the cake, they have a really cool aquarium in their lobby.
