I've always had a love/hate relationship with the dentist from some negative experiences, and the staff were so incredibly friendly and communicative about each step in my exam. Dr.Lee listened attentively to my long dental history and you could tell he actually cared about finding the root cause rather than a quick treatment. We now have a game plan and I'm looking forward to working with Prime Dental Group.

I honestly don’t even know where to begin because I’ve never had a dental experience like this before. First off, being open on Saturdays is a huge blessing for people like me who work full-time Monday through Friday. It made it possible for me to prioritize my dental health without sacrificing work, and that alone already set them apart. From the moment I walked in, the staff was kind, professional, welcoming, and transparent. But what truly made this experience unforgettable was Dr. Lee. Instead of rushing through my appointment, Dr. Lee actually took the time to sit down with me in his office, show me detailed pictures of my teeth, explain what was going on, what the treatment plan would look like, and most importantly, what I could do at home to improve and maintain my dental health. No dentist has ever educated me the way he did. For the first time, I didn’t leave a dental office feeling ashamed, confused, or overwhelmed. I left feeling motivated, empowered, informed, and genuinely excited to take better care of my teeth. Dr. Lee has incredible bedside manner, unmatched professionalism, and a level of care that is honestly rare to find nowadays. You can tell he truly cares about his patients and wants them to succeed long term, not just “get through” an appointment. When I think of what a top-tier dental office should be, this is exactly what comes to mind. They are not just “on the leaderboard” — they are the standard. The leadership board. The example of how dentistry should be done. I know I’m in great hands here, and I’m genuinely grateful I found them. Thank you for the incredible care!

I really like this team. The staff are very helpful and quick. I had an emergency and they were able to get me in right away. Dr. Lee is always very personable and he takes great care to do a good job. I do not like going to the dentist but this team makes it a lot easier. So glad I found them!

Dr. Lee, Sadia, Alyssa and all staff are incredibly supportive and kind at Prime Dental in Ventura, CA. This is the place to go to for honest, ethical and professional dental work! Dr. Lee and Sadia have been helping me repair cracked teeth due to grinding and am very thankful for them!
