Fusion Dental - Waldorf

I receive excellent service at Fusion Dental. Karen provides my cleanings- she does a great job and is very friendly, professional and through. The doctors are great and explain everything prior to any services and answer all of my questions. The front desk staff is friendly, professional and helpful as well as the other staff members. I’ve never had a bad experience here and I’ve been going to this office for close to 20 years. Highly recommend.

My family and I have received dental care here for the last two years and we haven’t had any negative experiences. Everyone is always professional and does a great job with our exams and cleanings. They are very thorough and provide great service.

Dr. Williams does a rushed job at everything, tells patients they aren't experiencing pain/ symptoms when they are, and instead of effectively fixing simple issues (like cavities) worsens and creates new dental problems. He brags about his years of experience and uses that as an excuse to rush procedures and make careless mistakes that compromise the integrity of healthy tooth enamel and create lasting issues for patients. I came in for a routine cavity filling. He started off the appointment telling me that he wanted to be done filling 2 cavities in 20 minutes. Instead of taking his time to remove only decaying enamel, he drilled giant holes in both of my teeth and filled them with a resin that's a completely different color than the rest of my teeth. After the filling, I had extreme sensitivity in one of the cavities and my bite was off. I had to go back to Fusion Dental THREE times for corrections or have the filling redone. Dr. Williams tried to convince me that the filling was done correctly and I need a root canal for a tooth that prior to him working on it had no pain or sensitivity. I had to pay out-of-pocket to see an endodontist for a root canal consultation who told me 1) I don't need a root canal 2) Fusion Dental has a history of doing lazy and questionable work 3) he could visibly see where there were gaps and the filling was done improperly and 4) recommended a different dentist. New dentist told me my insurance won't cover them redoing a filling from another office or taking new x rays. Went back to fusion and requested a different dentist to redo the filling. A entire year later I still can't eat or drink comfortably... a problem I never had until Dr. Williams and fusion dental played in my mouth.

From the moment I walked in, the entire team was welcoming, kind, and professional. I was so nervous before my appointment, but everyone made me feel comfortable. Dr. Curtis was incredibly professional and put me at ease throughout the entire experience. I left feeling so much better than I expected, and I was so impressed that I even scheduled an appointment for my daughter. I highly recommend them!

Lavon did a wonderful job whitening my teeth. He was informative and accommodating throughout my procedure. He happily provided a fresh blanket when I was cold and quickly adjusted the lip retractor when it was caused me discomfort. His professional demeanor was top-notch, while also being very personable. I will request him specifically, for my next whitening appointment.

Fusion Dental 🦷 is a top of the line dental organization with state of the art dental equipment. As a first time visitor, I was very impressed with the professionalism of the Dental Hygienist, and the Doctor both who took the necessary time to view my dental X-rays and discussed in great detail what needs to be done to correct and/or repair the things needing to be corrected regarding my dental hygiene. I was pleased with the exam and the cleaning that took place on Thursday, 6/4/26. Great job Fusion Dental.

My experience was nothing short of incredible and Outstanding! From the Welcoming Front Desk staff to the exceedingly exceptional Dentist, they ALL kept me calm, offered to hold my hand, and check on me while getting my tooth extracted. Time to move on after years as a patient. The changes noticed lately have made me come to the conclusion that it's time to move to a different practice. I became used to such outstanding, proficient, and competent care under Dr. Bob (a well seasoned excellent general dentist and involved owner of the practice is no longer there); over the past year I am not that confident especially if more than a routine cleaning is necessary. Dental care is expensive, and one would want to be confident in the care that is rendered especially for more extensive procedures that require a higher level of skill. Do your research if you require more than a cleaning. So many different dentists there now, hard to see the same person, and just not feeling that confident as I did previously with this practice.
