The staff at Colorado Periodontal Associates were friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful and professional. Everything from the first call to the appointment was communicated clearly and all questions were answered. Dr. Saunders was incredibly kind and thorough with her explanation of the process for a treatment plan! Wonderful experience. Very professional team! Thank You!

Despite months of follow-up from both me and my insurance company, the office never submitted the information needed to process my insurance claim, despite repeatedly assuring me they would. As a result, my insurance claim could not be processed, and I was responsible for the full cost of the visit. If responsive communication and reliable administrative follow-through are important to you, this was not my experience.

First visit they put me at ease. All staff was so nice very friendly. Dr Saunders was kind and very friendly

Rosslynn was Amazing. I haven't been in for a cleaning in almost 8 yrs. She was gentle and therapeutic. Rosslyn was very helpful with Dental Hygiene advice and clarity. I really appreciate her. Great work Rosslyn 😁👍

Dr. Will was very thorough in describing the steps needed to have my implant done. He has very good “bedside manners” & made me feel very comfortable with the whole process.

This is my second gum graft with Dr Will. I was extremely anxious about my first one and I felt like I didn’t get enough pre-instructions before my surgery. This time around I felt more comfortable asking questions and the staff is very friendly. They are always open to answer any questions, by text email or phone. I’m looking forward to how my new gums will be after this second surgery but I know they will turn out great! I would recommend more clear documented instructions for when to take the halcion and what things to expect prior to surgery. I think that could reduce a lot of anxiety. Overall great experience, and would highly recommend.

Dr. Saunders is wonderful. I always feel heard by her and she never acts rushed or like she doesn’t have time to discuss things regarding my care. The entire the has been wonderful.

Dr Will explained everything he was doing during his very thorough evaluation, then explained the results to me in a way that I completely understood. He explained what options are available to me and why. All decisions were left up to me with no pressure or judgement. Love this office and staff.
