Walter Family Dentistry

I’ve been going to Walter Family Dentistry for years. Their staff has always been courteous, friendly, helpful and kind. Both Don Walter and Donovan Walter are knowledgable, professional and skilled dentists, who I would recommend to family and friends.

I am from upstate New York and came to wheeling for work. I needed a dentist and met the Walter family. I was not comfortable going to the dentist, but let me tell you, the care I received there from the receptionist to the doctor and everyone in between was exceptional. They made me feel comfortable, they talked to me all the time explaining to me what was going on with any procedure that they were doing . I've had cleanings, x rays, teeth whitening, and a filling put in. Unquestionably, the best experience from a dentist I have ever had. Thank you very much.You guys are the best.

I honestly wish I could give this office 10 stars because 5 just doesn’t feel like enough. From the moment you pick up the pen to sign in at check-in to the second you walk out the door, the entire experience is exceptional. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, especially if you deal with any level of anxiety. They handle everything with such genuine compassion, patience, and professionalism that it completely changes how you feel about going to the dentist. On top of that, the quality of their work is outstanding. You can tell they truly care about their patients and take pride in what they do. They also offer thoughtful extra touches and benefits that you don’t usually find elsewhere, which really sets them apart. If you’re looking for a dental office that combines skill, kindness, and an all-around amazing experience, this is the place. I couldn’t recommend them more.

They are professional and make you feel very comfortable. My dental hygienist was great. I would highly recommend them!

Very friendly, efficient and high quality experience especially with the special 3D x-ray machine that sees everything and can be a good preventative tool. I’m glad I got my baseline and will be getting my husband scheduled soon!

Great atmosphere. Staff are very polite. The dentists Don and Donavan Walter (father &son) are very gentle and explain if you have questions, very good practice! Highly recommend
