Best dentist I've ever had. The Whole staff is kind, patient, and welcoming. I don't dread going to the dentist like I have in the past. I'd say it's the opposite. I look forward to having a cleaning and they make me want to be a better patient. Can't say enough about how wonderful the team is at Winter Springs Family Dental.

I genuinely LOVE this dental clinic!!! I have been a patient for a while now, and after moving from another practice where I felt unheard and undervalued, the difference here has been night and day. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff! Heather, specifically, is absolutely AMAZING! She has such a warm, kind, and professional demeanor that genuinely brightens my day every time I see her! She is the perfect face for the front desk; her work ethic and uplifting nature make every interaction a pleasure. The entire team, from the front to the back, has been excellent. They are friendly, professional, and they truly care. I appreciate that they respect my time—if I arrive early, they often see me immediately, and they get me in and out efficiently without making me feel rushed. They also take the time to educate patients on things like flossing without ever making you feel judged if you are learning. I also really enjoy the atmosphere! They play good music, the facilities are clean, and although the space is a bit small and cramped, I like that they have a TV with nature scenes since there are no windows. It really helps keep your mind occupied and calm while waiting. However, I do want to offer a constructive suggestion regarding hygiene. I’ve noticed there seems to be some inconsistency with how the computer equipment is handled during procedures. I'm not sure if the keyboards and mice are thoroughly sanitized between every patient, but I have observed instances where gloves worn during treatment are also used to type or click. I would love to see a strict protocol implemented where office equipment is either sanitized between patients or handled with fresh gloves, ensuring there is no risk of cross-contamination. This would bring a lot of peace of mind regarding germ transfer. Overall, I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a caring and professional dental team. The people here are wonderful, and I would give this place a perfect rating if this sanitation protocol were consistently implemented. It is a small adjustment that would make the experience flawless!

Love this place, I am glad I switched dentists. Andrea generally cleans my teeth and is super sweet. The doctor comes in at the end and actually takes the time to explain any issues and answer questions. You can tell these people generally love their job.

Been coming here for years. Dr. Narang is top notch. Chaye at the front is super friendly and helpful. Andrea is simply the mostmincredible dental hygienist ever. I had an amazing experience with my dental hygienist Andrea Osorio. Her hands are incredibly gentle, and you can really tell she is skilled and experienced at what she does. I have had about three different hygienists before, and without a doubt, I would choose her again. She creates such a great atmosphere during the appointment, and you can clearly see the difference when someone truly loves their job and cares about their patients. She takes the time to explain how I should maintain my oral hygiene, gives me helpful advice, and recommends what is actually best for me. I really appreciated that she focused on my dental health and education instead of just trying to charge my insurance for extra things. She is professional, kind, attentive, and makes the whole cleaning process feel comfortable and stress-free. I 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a hygienist who is gentle, honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about patient care

I'm really excited about the new ownership of this dental practice! I've been seeing Dr. Narang and she is the most professional and caring dentist I've seen in a long time! She's very nice and knowledgeable! Her dental assistant, Anila is a such a delight and so caring and helpful too! Ive also seen the hygienist, Andrea, she was awesome too! You must give them a try if you're looking for a new dentist, or even if you were coming here prior to their ownership!! And I can't forget the front desk for their great service and communication!
