Great customer service, state of the art diagnostic equipment, great explanation of my treatment plan and the radiology technician and dental hygienist welcomed me back and didn’t shame me after being away for so long. They helped me schedule all of my appointments and gave me a referral for periodontists. Thank you Neibauer Dental for remaining in the Woodbridge community!

Excellent first experience! The entire team was friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease, especially since I came in with an awful toothache. The office was clean, appointments were on time, and the dentist was thorough and took the time to explain everything. They got straight to work and it was completely pain free.They were efficient and always vigilant that I was not in pain. I’m glad that they did everything in house and I didn’t have to be referred anywhere else. I’m so happy I found my new dentist and highly recommend this practice!

It was my first visit to this dental office. So far, I enjoyed my experience. Everyone was kind and welcoming. I got my x-rays done by Sima - she was patient and informative. Also, the dental hygienist treating me was great as well. She provided treatment to support my dental health, and ensured I was comfortable. I met with Dr.Tsai - he provided me with a dental plan and thoroughly answered my questions, and addressed my concerns. Following my appointment, I went to the front desk and was given a well detailed breakdown of the costs. Overall, I would recommend this office :)

This is not my normal dentist office. I was traveling for work and came across this office through my insurance. But I wish I could attend them on the regular. They’re very friendly and informative. Multiple workers took the time to explain different options to me. Great experience!

I absolutely love this branch. Dr. Tsai is truly one of a kind, so kind, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely understanding. Ms. Touchi is just as wonderful—graceful, compassionate, and always a pleasure to interact with. Corey and Zeniya are also incredibly kind and welcoming. It’s clear that Dr. Tsai’s leadership sets the tone here, and it really shows in how exceptional the entire team is.

I've been to many dentist offices and while many have been good, this office has been hands down the best. They were as gentle as they could be and I can sometimes have bad sensitive teeth but they were quick, efficient and gentle. Everybody was kind, and the technology was top notch. I highly recommend this place!

Respect is earned in this industry and walking in to exit was delivered with the optimum care. Our dementia patient was quite the challenge but both frontal staff and doctors made sure to offer quality care and give us guidance on added supports for her care. Thanks to all of you, working as a team to ensure patients feel heard and supported. We did!
