I had my wisdom tooth #1 & #32 extracted on Monday 8/17 by Dr. Oz Simel. The results was excellent - very little bleeding & pain. I was somewhat concerned before the procedure because of my age ( 70 +). I’m almost pain free a day after the procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Oz Simel.

Sabah Jivani was my dental hygienist today 6/11/26 and did an excellent job. She was welcoming, kind, caring, listened attentively to my concerns and tailored her approach to cleaning my teeth based on what I shared with her at the beginning of the cleaning. She is very professional, gave great suggestions on how to take care of my teeth, and I already recommended her to my husband and daughter who are also patients at Castro Valley Smiles. The dental work itself was excellent—very professional and done with care. Unfortunately, the office customer service didn’t match that level. The front desk staff came across as unprofessional, and communication and overall friendliness could really be improved.
