Kaia is the best front desk person I have dealt with at a dentist office. She goes above and beyond to make the experience comfortable for me and kids and takes the anxiety away being at the dentist. She deserves some recognition and a raise. As for the hygienists and dentists they are all top notch and are thorough and made it great for me and the kids.

This was one of the best experiences I have ever had from the front desk to the care providers. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. I was called back almost immediately. I have dental anxiety and I was immediately put at ease by Carson. He was professional, kind, and funny. Molly followed and she was so friendly and helped my stress level immensely- she was incredibly compassionate. I felt no judgement from anyone in the office. Dr Kramer was easy going and had amazing chairside manner! I’m really grateful for the care I received.

I just came in for my first appointment from a very bad experience in my previous dentist. The staff here was amazing from the moment I made contact. They were careful and caring and made sure everything was explained in a simple way. I truly appreciated the experience and the treatment provided here. Specially by Dr. Kramer and Carson!

The team I saw was so kind and very informative! They explained everything that was happening even when the X-rays weren't taking, they never made excuses they just found a solution. This office is gorgeous, very clean, the ladies at the front desk are attentive and very sweet! I really wish I could remember the name of the 2 ladies who helped me with my cleaning and my radiographs, they made me feel so comfortable. I already get nervous coming to the dentist but this whole office is the reason I'll make this my main dentist. I saw Dr. Kramer, who is also the owner, he showed me my radiographs, he was very nice and answered any questions I had also! He made sure I was going to get a referral to oral surgery for my next step. This is a great staff! I really appreciate all of them especially the 2 ladies who worked with me!

This was my first time visiting Bright Dentistry and I honestly felt so taken care of. Really gave off the no judgement vibes. And made my experience actually feel positive. I usually always feel anxious and nervous when I have a dental appointment but this place was amazing. Each staff member made it enjoyable. They made me feel calmer than I have at my last place. I’m super thankful my friend recommended to go here. I’m excited to make this my permanent spot.

Elisha and Robin were so kind. Robin started the experience with her cheerful attitude, which immediately made me feel comfortable. Elisha walked me through each step of what she was doing and helped put my dentist anxiety at ease. I truly appreciated how caring and professional they both were.

My feedback reflects my GENUINE experience and was shared honestly to help other patients. I chose this dental clinic mainly because they offer Saturday appointments, which is very convenient for working patients. The office itself is modern and attractive, with many amenities that create an upscale experience. Unfortunately, my experience with the actual dental care was disappointing. Cavities were missed on my X-rays, which later worsened, and I was given a treatment plan that included crown replacements and other procedures. After getting a second opinion from a highly respected dentist in Colorado Springs, he was surprised by the treatment plan and felt several recommendations were unnecessary. The weekend dentist was also not very warm or personable and came across as transactional rather than patient-focused. I also want to mention that the clinic does incentivize patients to leave five-star reviews, which is something to be aware of. While the convenience is nice, I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before proceeding with major dental work here.

Okay WOW… I had the best time at Bright Wow! They seriously understood the assignment. It’s giving luxury spa vibes meets cutting-edge innovation like, why hasn’t anyone done it like this before?? They’ve got heated + massage chairs (yes, please), and the tech? Wild. I’m talking laser bacteria removal that made me feel like my mouth just got a full detox in the coolest way. Everything felt so elevated and intentional. And shoutout to Ciara, the literal sweetest !!! She made me feel welcome, relaxed, and like I was in expert hands from start to finish 💖 Oh, and did I mention… TEETH WHITENING FOR LIFE?! Bright. Wow. Indeed. If you’re ready to level up your self-care game, run don’t walk. This place is a whole vibe 🙌🏽
