After having the toughest time finding an honest and thorough dentist in the Springs, Dr. Brones single handily restored my faith. I’m am beyond impressed and so elated with the services. Thank you so much Powers Dental and Dr. Brones! I’ll be sure to tell everyone how amazing this practice is.

Dr. Trent Glaser is a hero to many! He approaches care with empathy and compassion. His experience has allowed me to continue on a healthy dental journey with many options so I may have the confidence to continue my work helping the vulnerable. Thank you Dr. Glaser and the Powers Dental staff! You are all heroes!

Run! First, the dentist misdiagnosed me because he lacked the skill to accurately read the X-ray. Second, his assistant was not able to either. Both insisted that I needed a root canal and prescribed me an antibiotic which he knew was known to cause C Diff (look that up!). Then the other staff that schedule and work up plans insisted that I schedule right away to maximize my dental insurance coverage. High pressure!!! They crafted a plan for thousands of dollars and I didn’t even have a single cavity!! The referred me to their partner root canal dr again while insisting that I needed one and nothing would change that fact in their mind. Luckily, I found my own and spent even more money to get the second option thankfully!! So, several hundred dollars later, I learn I did not have an infected tooth. I don’t need root canal. Clear as a bell on X-ray and he told me to stop taking the antibiotic asap. Unfortunately, it was too late and I had already developed C Diff infection, and I have been battling that for close to three months now It is a life-changing infection and it is devastating. Do not go to this place. I have a friend that had a similar experience but she was wise enough to not take the meds. Run. I should add that when I asked the dentist about my gum recession due to periodontal disease, what I should do about black triangles, he suggested I get braces! for gum recession, and stated that it was because he was “old school.” Ugh. This high star rating must be because of the other “dentists” in that office.

Update to original review: I am updating my review to include a recent voicemail I received from the practice manager. Before speaking with me about the concerns I raised, she asked whether my upcoming appointments should be canceled. This was a premature and inappropriate question to pose without first understanding the issue. The call was also placed from what appeared to be a personal phone rather than the office line, which did not convey a professional or organized approach to patient communication. This follow‑up reflects the same insensitivity to patient issues that led to my loss of confidence in the practice. I am on a perio maintenance plan, and my hygienist was changed with only one day’s notice. No alternative appointment was available until September. This is not an acceptable level of communication or continuity of care for a patient on a structured periodontal schedule. The voicemail and scheduling issues together confirmed that transitioning my care elsewhere is the appropriate decision. Original review: I’ve had repeated issues with scheduling and communication at Powers Dental Group. I always request a specific hygienist because one hygienist caused significant pain in the past. Despite this, that same hygienist was sent into my exam room at my last visit, and I had to leave and reschedule. For my upcoming appointment, the hygienist I scheduled became unavailable, and although the office did try to call, the notice still came only 24 hours before the appointment. A major ongoing problem is that Powers Dental Group and their Falcon location (Dental Specialty Center) cannot see each other’s schedules. The two offices operate independently, which leads to blind scheduling and last‑minute changes. Staff have acknowledged this is a known issue, but leadership has not addressed it. I no longer feel confident in this practice’s reliability, coordination, or willingness to fix known problems.

This was my first visit to Powers Dental. I was very pleased. Nat was an amazing hygienist. She explained everything she was doing. Dr. Brones was great. I liked that he had a conservative approach. The office staff were all great. I was leaving a dental office that I have loved for 10 years because my insurance changed. I was apprehensive but I think that I am going to enjoy my new dentist office.

I had a great experience at Powers Dental Group in Colorado Springs today. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the entire visit. They gave me useful feedback and recommendations to continue taking care of my oral hygiene and overall dental health. I had an outstanding experience at this dental clinic from start to finish. The entire team was welcoming, professional, and attentive. The treatment itself was incredibly smooth and virtually painless. I really appreciated how gentle and precise the dentist was .At no point did I feel uncomfortable The clinic is also spotless and well organized, which speaks volumes about their standards of care. I’m extremely happy with the results.my tooth feels completely natural. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for top quality dental care and a genuinely positive experience.

I had a really great experience at this dental office! The woman who helped me was incredibly informative, kind, and understanding throughout the entire visit. She explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. She did an amazing job—everything was done perfectly, truly to a T. Her attention to detail really stood out, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. It’s rare to find someone who is both so professional and so compassionate. I’m very grateful for the care I received and would definitely recommend this office!

Since I moved, I needed to change dentists. Powers Dental Group was very efficient from the time we entered and greeted by the staff. Appointments (I also obtained an appointment for my elderly mother at the same time) started on time. The hygienist was professional and very good at her job. You can tell this office uses the most up-to-date equipment as well. Dr. Smith took time to go over x-rays and do the examination. I did need some work on my teeth, and it was nice to have their insurance specialist review all options available and begin the insurance process. This is the most professional and efficient dental office I personally have been to.
