Expect to be bombarded by their services. I went in for a cleaning because it was covered by my insurance but they kept insisting on a treatment plan I couldn’t afford at the moment. None of it was corvettes by my insurance and they slept insisting on giving me discounts but the price was still too high for me. I told them I would come back in a few months and since then I’ve been getting phone calls every week. Don’t get me wrong, the service is amazing and the people are very kind and knowledgeable but I simply do not want to move forward with the treatment plan so I’ve had to block their number, sadly I won’t be going in anytime soon.

I had such a great experience at Cielo Dental! I called last minute for an emergency appointment, and they were able to get me in quickly. The check-in process was easy and quick, and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. Dr. Rachael was wonderful, professional, caring, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Valerie at the front desk was also so friendly and helpful. You can really tell they care about their patients and providing a great experience. I highly recommend Cielo Dental to anyone!

My recent experience with the clinic is very pleasant. The staff is nice and the doctor answered my question knowledgebly and direct to the point. I will be glad going back to this clinic.

EXCELLENT PROFESSIONAL TREATMENTS. MASTERFULLY EXECUTED WITH AMAZING THOURONOUS AND PERPRECISION MY DENTIST AND STAFF ARE A FINLEY TUNED TEAM. I'VE SEEN MANY IN 74 YRS. THEY ARE THE BEST OF THE BEST ! PERIOD!

Quick service, pleasant staff, clean office. One star off for not offering lead before X-ray. Granted dental X-rays are low power, but they have the shields and it would have taken 10 seconds extra.

This review is for the westside location. Dentists are quick, friendly, and knowledgeable. I’ve also never had a long wait over the 5-6 appointments I’ve been too in the last 4 months, typically only a few minutes if that. Honestly thinking about switching my whole family here from the kids’ dentist since the wait there is always crazy ridiculous and they are super slow even after they get them back.

If I could give less stars I would. This review was sent to me after I cancelled my appointment and never even went. But their system is so messed up it’s asking me to review an appointment I did got to. Hopefully they didn’t FRAUDULENTLY bill my insurance. This dentist changed management and since their billing sucked they decided to send out a bunch of bills from services provided 2 years ago. I have called over and over. No response. I got a bill 25 months after a service that I had already paid almost $1000 out of pocket. Per Texas law a provider must send a bill before the 13th month… I received a bill 25 months after the service. I nor any of my family will ever go back

Very friendly and inviting atmosphere. I like the transparency about everything. I was well informed on my procedures and prices prior. Communication with each other was a little off which extended my stay. But overall I will be a return customer and recommend to all. I gave four stars because I never give five because I feel there is always room for improvement everywhere.

Great staff that is very friendly. I was very pleased with the quick enrollment into the clinic. Additionally, I was amazed at how quickly they were able to get me in to be seen, which happened to be the exact same day. My second appt went exactly as the first. I'm glad I found this office.
