Friendly staff, and a great doctor! Best dentist office I’ve been to. I’d also like to shout out the new manager, Jessica who is wonderful. The staff here is wonderful, and the doctor is professional, caring and honest. I had a concern over a billing issue, and Jessica immediately resolved it for me and even followed up with me to confirm everything had been taken care of. Great staff who care about their patients ☺️

From the moment I walked in, the entire dental staff was welcoming and professional. I especially want to highlight Kristelle, who made my experience so much easier and more comfortable. She was patient, kind, and took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel rushed. You can tell she truly cares about patients and takes pride in her work. I really appreciate her calm and friendly attitude—it made a big difference during my visit. Overall, excellent service and I would definitely recommend this office

A huge shout out to Yasmine and the entire team . As someone who has a lot dental prone issues and doesn’t really like going to dentist but everyone was nice , professional and made me feel completely comfortable. Definitely found my dentist for my daughter and I . Thank you to the doctor, front and back staff for a wonderful experience.

This was my first time at this dental office. I’m glad I chose to try this out. Not only is it conveniently close to my home but everyone is very welcoming. Crystal was very attentive and kind. She made sure I was comfortable and aware of each step and device she used in my mouth. She seems to enjoy her job and office space and makes her patients feel content.

This my first time at East El Paso Dentist. It was great! Crystal was very friendly and helpful!! My hygienist did an amazing job! The dentist was also very knowledgeable on everything!! The office was very clean and I loved the playlist they had playing! Everyone was so nice! I am so glad I chose this location!

Great service. The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. They would explain every process of what they were doing. Dr. Aldas was also such a nice guy and also explained in detail what he recommend to be done. Would recommend 100%

First of all, I give credit as to how easy it is to schedule an appointment with the office. I requested an appointment for Saturday, (they are not ipen that specific Saturday) however I was contacted immediately by the office to schedule a better day and appointment slot. I spoke to Jazmine this morning (manager) and I was so pleasantly surprised with how she treated me. The customer service provided was beyond what one expects, especially since my child was not able to receive the specific treatment I requested due to his age. However, she recommended a different location, provided a number and address. I am very pleased with this because I have dealt with personnel who are disrespectful and or carefree of your concerns ehen their office cannot treat you or your family. My child is 10, the doctor sees kids 11 or older. I personally cannot wait until my child is of age for him to become a permanent patient at the Edgemere location. If the personnel answering the phones or requests are this kind, patient, polite, and helpful, I can only imagine that the Doctors will be amazing as well. Thank you Jazmine for being a great human being 😇💕. You've made my day.

Vanessa is the best of the best ! She explain all the options we had. Exceptional customer service and support. We felt welcomed and well taken care of at all times. Excellent! I highly recommend it.

Everyone is super nice and treat you with respect. I love this dentist. They explain everything in detail so you can have a more understandable view & show you pictures. They help you with payment plans if theres a financial issue. The place is so clean. Totally recommend it !!!

I had a really good experience, everyone there was super friendly and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The wait time wasn’t bad at all, which I appreciated because nobody likes sitting around forever at the dentist. They took the time to explain everything to me in a way that actually made sense, and I didn’t feel rushed or pressured into anything. I felt like they genuinely cared about making sure I understood what was going on with my teeth and what my options were. The office was clean, calm, and professional, and the overall vibe made the visit way less stressful than I expected. I’m glad I chose this clinic and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist who actually takes the time to care about their patients.
