I have been to many dentists in the past and have been rushed, painful extractions, and charged hundreds upwards to 4-500$ for a simple extraction. However at this location it was covered by insurance, they were so nice from the moment walking in everyone was awesome! Dr. Baker + Hanna (I’m sorry it might be Heather I can’t remember)! Did my extraction and offered me the “laughing gas” and it calmed my nerves, the x ray was painless and very fast! Not the old school ones that hurt your gums thank goodness. And so patient with my low pain tolerance they took there time making sure I was numbed to a Tee! I didn’t feel a thing and I feel silly for being so nervous in the past to come here but now I can’t wait to come back! They called my prescriptions right in for pain and antibiotics. Couldn’t have had a better experience thanks again 🤟🦷❤️

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Baker! I was so scared to go get my wisdom tooth pulled because I have had bad experiences in the past but he was absolutely wonderful. He made sure that I was completely numb before he even started and it was over in 2 seconds. I am switching dentists from convenient family dentistry in Grand Blanc because I feel like he took way better care of me than they did! I'm actually excited to go back! I can't say enough good things about this office. The entire staff was just absolutely wonderful. Welcoming, kind, and explained EVERYTHING. If you're looking for a new dentist I highly recommend Dr. Baker!!!

My dentist left and no longer accepts my insurance. I went to fireburg and staff was friendly. Place is clean and after only 4 visits I got a new set of dentures that actually fit right. Thank you so much

Before you think about coming here, please read this review. (Long time patient). I don't come here anymore. This place knows youre on medicaid and will push for treatments that are not necessary, they do this for insurance money. They like to push for root canals & crowns. I've had multiple done and they all got infected. Teeth had to be extracted, and now I'm going for implants. (This place is not specialized in performing high quality root canals to begin with). I fell for this trap years ago because I was clueless at the time. I've been to multiple dentist offices who said all I needed was a small filling replacement, fireberg wanted to do a root canal. These people don't care about protecting your teeth, they'll push for extreme procedures that will ruin your teeth in the future. I had pretty decent teeth, until fireberg pretty much ruined them for their own gain. The wait times here are extremely long (probably because of the root canals and crowns theyre performing on everyone walking through the door) There are other dentists around the area that accept medicaid and are more professional and want the best for you. True story, I had a dental assistant tell me they'd never get work done at this office. They were honest with me and I appreciate that. This place is doing some shady dental work and its a shame. If you read this and still decide to go here, I wish you the best. Give it about 5-10 years and you'll be dealing with the same problems i have. These 5 star reviews are an absolute joke, and you guys are gonna realize what they've done years down the road.

Some dentist visits are better or worse than others. Lately I've continually requested Dr fireberg for my regular, constant visits. Dr..., I am so grateful for your work, patience, and soft handed work. I have tried "better" dentist and ya... now me and my two kids drive several hours for your appointments! I'm sure they're are other good dentist (I've been seen by a couple) maybe some others that come and go.. but I want to personally share how thankful I am and how you make it easier to show up to these appointments. Thank you

Used to go here years ago and if you're 1 to enjoy super long waits in the waiting area with loud obnoxious rude people and like getting your teeth filled with silver gravel...Come here! Me on the other hand...I prefer a quiet waiting area and fillings that MATCH my teeth. Also, I had a filling fall out from here as well as getting 1 filled before drying it so I had to get the filling redone elsewhere to get it right. The moisture they neglected to dry caused extreme sensitivity. Expect the bare minimum treatment here.

5 stars due to the crystal woman that was helping me the day I came in. I even asked her her last name so I could put in a good review. Crystal Lorenz (could of spelled wrong), she was very caring, I was nervous and she made me feel comfortable and she also had a funny sense of humor which helped with my nervousness.
