Very frustrating when you sit in the lobby waiting to be seen for 30 minutes and then tell you that you can't have a exam. Could of told me when I first got there. Won't recommend this place to anyone.

The dental work is average—nothing special, just like most places for fillings. But the front desk staff consistently have an attitude, whether you’re calling or talking to them in person. It makes the whole experience unpleasant, and it’s the main reason I switched dentists.

This office provides excellent dental work, but it lacks empathy and clear communication, especially when answering the phone. Scheduling an appointment for a teeth cleaning is difficult because bookings are consistently pushed months out. It is unreasonable to expect patients to wait several months... sometimes up to six just to receive routine care. This situation is ridiculous. If this issue continues and I am required to reschedule 6 months out due to work, I will take my business elsewhere.

I had teeth 6 teeth pulled and I felt every one come out. I had anesthetic however it must have failed. I will not be coming back here. It was cheap.to get the process done however they only give you ibuprofen for pain management for post procedure. Staff was nice.

Great staff, great dentist, worked with me through my issues, scheduling is easy, listened to my concerns and fears always make me feel heard and cared for.

I've been coming here for a long time how. It's always a great experience. I saw Dr Pringle today and richelle and Dayna.They kept me laughing while doing my fillings. I definitely recommend this place for anyone with high anxiety. They really keep you calm and in the loop of what's happening.
