I usually read only the 1 star reviews of a place before deciding if I should go, so I did go through the 1.8% of all their reviews that was of a 1 star rating, and those were not good; though I thought I would be fair since it is less than 2%. I also did read all the reviews on how nice the and great the customer service and everyone in the office was, so I thought I would give it a shot. I called to make an appointment, and was confronted with one of the worst customer experiences I've had for calling a practitioners office. The person identified herself as Jessica the office manager. She was very impatient, unprofessional, and was not courteous at all. Her tone was simply rude, and she made it sound like a huge favor that she was even picking up the phone to take my call. She wanted all my insurance information, and asked for an ID number that I did not have on the card. So she said I have to call the insurance company to get it and call her back. I thought that was strange because don't medical offices usually call the insurance company anyway to verify insurance eligibility? Perhaps I just caught Jessica the Office Manager on a bad day for her, but she needs to know how to professionally separate personal and business issues, so there is absolutely no excuse from my point of view. Nevertheless, I still made the appointment at the time, giving the practice the benefit of the doubt. After that, I called two more practices - a world of difference. Aside from being courteous and actually WANTING your business, they asked for insurance card info, and then that was it. It led me to believe they would finish the insurance portion of the work, because that was part of their responsibility. I have no tolerance for rudeness, so I called back Centreport Smiles and cancelled my appointment - I mean, why subject myself to that? Before the web monitor asks if I am reviewing the correct practice (at it seems to do with some of the 1 star reviews) - yes, it indeed is this practice. Shame, because this is the closest location to me, and initial reviews seemed promising. But then I also saw a review from 4 years ago (so I cannot say for sure this still goes on) claiming that they were asking for 5 star reviews in exchange for Starbucks gift cards, so no wonder their rating is so "high". Looks like bribery is not beneath them, and for that, I have no time.

My daughter has had her braces put on here, I must say the staff is very friendly and they educate you very well . 10 10 recommend.

I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before proceeding with treatment here. I was advised that I needed work on four additional teeth, but after seeking another opinion, I learned that the extra dental work was unnecessary. Just be cautious and make sure you fully understand and verify any recommended treatment plans.

I just moved to Texas about a year ago , and Dr. Lala has been a great find. Dr. Lala follows up with her patients to make sure they have the best care. I feel so blessed to have found this dentistry and will always be her patient.

Best dentist and staff all around. Never a bad visit. I've been a patient there for 6+ years and I hated going to the dentist as a kid.

Dr Lala is so kind and gentle. She does great work and explains everything. The staff are very friendly and attentive.
