Glen Allen Dentistry

So happy I found this practice. For years, I had been with another practice where I saw a different doctor at every visit and it seemed like they never consulted my profile notes before providing care - and that's not even getting into the details on the care itself. But after just one visit at Glen Allen Dentistry, I am so happy I switched. Every single person in the office (receptionist, hygienist, dentist, techs) was pleasant and helpful, and they made me feel heard. And not to say they provide childcare, but I even had to bring my 3 month old with me and an employee (shoutout Amy!) kept eyes on her and occupied her so I could get x-rays and my cleaning done. My tech and hygienist were just as diligent as they were swift. My dentist was friendly, considerate, and addressed my concerns/answered my questions thoroughly. I personally don't have any huge hangups with going to the dentist but it's definitely not something I look forward to and I realized after this visit that I won't dread it as much in the future!

The staff are very professional and attentive to my needs. The office is clean and comfortable, making me feel at ease. The dentist is knowledgeable and provides excellent care. Overall, I’ve had a great experience and would definitely recommend this practice to others.

I hadn't been to the dentist in several years, so I was really nervous going into my first appointment. From the very first phone call to schedule everything, all the way through getting a root canal, my experience has been nothing but positive. Everyone on the staff is so welcoming and kind. They always take the time to explain what's happening and answer any questions I may have. They've completely eased my anxiety around dental work, which is something I never thought I'd say. If you've been putting off going to the dentist because you're nervous, I'd absolutely recommend Glenn Allen Dentistry. I truly feel like I'm in wonderful hands!

I started going to Glen Allen Dentistry because I had a tooth problem and Dr. Gillespie is absolutely amazing and cares for her patients. This is the dentist I choose for all my future dental needs. Thanks again Dr. Gillespie. Y'all are the greatest.

Dr. Shah was great at fixing all of my daughters issues with her teeth. Staff is extremely friendly and also great with kids. Would highly recommend.

Myself and my family been going here since 2018 and this location is the best. They see every member in our family. The appointment times are convenient and the staff is amazing. I always enjoy the open conversations with everyone on the days of my appointment. I will always recommend this place to people in need of dental work.

Love this dentist office. Staff is always polite, chair side manner is exquisite and, if you need further convincing, I napped through my root canal with only numbing on board. The team here is great and I feel very welcomed and well taken care of whenever I enter for service.
