River Run Dental

Hands down one of the best experiences I have ever had in a dentist office. From the time I walked in, I felt at home. The older I get the more anxious I get at the dentist but after my visit today I will be back for my routine appointments. Everyone was so nice and explained everything so well. Highly recommend!!!

First time at River Run dental. Loved the vibe when I first walked in, very calm. 10-15 minute wait for my 1030am appointment. LOVED the massage dental chair! The spa menu was also a very nice touch. Kendall was fantastic - very friendly, talked me through everything she was doing, asked if I was ok, made sure to be gentle, did an excellent job cleaning. I hadn't gotten a babysitter so I had my 3-month-old with me and everyone was so nice to her as well! Dr Graham was also nice and professional. Highly recommend!

I had such a positive experience at river Run Dental. Dr. Wheeler and all staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I came in from a facial trauma and they made sure to double check the work done by the emergency dentist and work up a care plan while explaining everything to me. They took extra care to let me know what was going on knowing that I do not love the dentist and had a negative experience over the weekend.

First time here and I couldn’t be happier. 10/10 for Betty my hygienist and Dr Dongieux, they were so kind and made me feel so cared for. There is even a book they give you that shows their various amenities they offer for your comfort. Betty made sure to communicate with me regarding my comfort levels and everything she was doing for my cleaning. Both her and the doctor were very intelligent. A Beautiful office and even more wonderful staff!

First visit, so lots of X-rays, but I’ve been assured they won’t be part of a routine exam. Friendly, clean, appts run on time. Everything is explained. Options for addressing issues are offered, but no high pressure sales. Warm blankets, which I appreciated because I’m always cold!

I have been going here consistently for a few years and have never had a bad experience. I recently had to get some minor dental surgery done and was feeling incredibly anxious. Dr. Dongieux and her team were absolutely amazing. They took my concerns and fears seriously and did everything possible to make the experience comfortable and pain free. Dr. Gabr was also very supportive and informative, answering all my questions and concerns. I plan to continue coming here and highly recommend their services!

This is by far, one of the most wonderful dental facilities I have ever been to. I’m very impressed with all of the staff I have met. Each person has been so kind and welcoming. They provided a thorough examination detailing my dental health needs. Thus, leading to a proactive plan to get my dental health back on track. I highly recommend River Run Dentistry.

“Everyone hates going to the dentist” “I go to River Run Dental & Spa” “What’s that?!” **drops all the amazing details from head pillow to massage chair and snacks and a WONDERFUL, educational and informative staff.** Extremely professional, clean and friendly. Tk is my favorite and she didn’t even help me today! Betty is AMAZING and so smart, loved how professional she was at her job. BIG shoutout to I think her name is Kaytie! Idk, crazy lady with blonde hair..🤭She had a bright smile and I could hear her energy in the entire building! Also, I got a cleaning and lowkey forgot they were cleaning because of the tools they used. Didn’t hurt, wasn’t uncomfortable and even if so; Betty did a wonderful job guiding me through and making sure I was doing well and also telling me what part she was working on. Seriously can’t get over how great of an experience that way. Keep it up!🫶🏼

I went in to Short Pump location for the first time and had a dental cleaning with Devon and she was AMAZING!!! She’s the sweetest! So gentle and caring, loved how she had great suggestions and her QR code of recommended products, genius! 10/10!
