From the moment I walked through the door, I felt like I mattered. Dr. Costa and his team explained everything about my treatment plan and broke everything down. I am beyond excited to get my smile back! I highly recommend anyone that is looking to get back their smile, to go and get a consultation. You will not be sorry.

This team of professionals was wonderful at taking care of my needs. Two months ago I had an emergency situation. I was in a lot of pain. I wasn't having any luck finding a dentist that could see me immediately. When my husband called this office and explained the situation, they made a point of working me into their schedule within the hour. The girls at the front desk were very welcoming and efficient with getting me in to see someone quickly. The hygienist and dentists all worked together to analyze my problem and came up with a plan to give me immediate relief. They all were very knowledgeable and communicated to me what had caused this emergency and what to expect in the coming days. Their after hours team helped me find a pharmacy that could do compounding and made sure that I had my medicine that night. This week I returned to get a routine cleaning and x-rays. Jessica, my hygienist, was very gentle and thorough. Kelsey help her do my charting. They communicated throughout the process what they were doing and why. Dr Bre came in to exam my mouth and was very gentle as well. The facility was very clean and was using cutting edge technology. I had a wonderful experience with both visits and plan to make them my new dentistry home.

I can’t say enough good things about Knoxville Smiles. From start to finish, the entire experience has been exceptional. Michael, Shannon, Jacob, Christian, Kim, McKinley, George, Ashley, Lindsay—and honestly everyone on the team—made me feel comfortable, informed, and well taken care of every step of the way. Full reconstruction was a big procedure for me, and they handled it with professionalism, precision, patience and genuine care. The communication was clear, the process was smooth, and the results so far have exceeded my expectations. You can tell this is a team that takes pride in their work and truly cares about their patients. If you’re considering major dental work or even routine care, I highly recommend Knoxville Smiles. Ever since I was young, I’ve always had anxiety about going to the dentist. A few years ago, I became a patient at Knoxville Smiles, and I can truly say it has been such a blessing. From the moment you walk in, everyone is kind, welcoming, and caring. The receptionists are always friendly and pleasant, the hygienists are compassionate and gentle, and I’ve had the opportunity to be cared for by each doctor at different times. Dr. Costa, Dr. Wolkow, and Dr. Bre have all been so kind, patient, and caring toward me. I’m always nervous and scared when I go to the dentist, but they have a way of making my anxiety feel lighter because they genuinely care and always want the best for their patients. They make me feel safe, heard, and cared for every time I visit. This is truly a wonderful practice filled with amazing staff and doctors who have such a servant’s heart. Thank you for treating me with so much love, kindness, and compassion. I feel truly blessed to have found such a wonderful dental practice with such kind-hearted people. 🩵

Introductory session to review options, take X-rays, go over entire process - including prices, possible problems, and all questions - was entirely informative, highly professional, and loads enjoyable. The team Dr. Costa has assembled exuded a high degree of enthusiasm and expertise, and the entire time was a genuine home run for me. I could not be more at ease, or confident that things will go well for me in their hands. 10 out of 10!

I had a greatexperience. The doctors and nurses was the most caring and understanding and sweet. They did a amazing job... the only thing im having a hard time with at this point is the pain.. I dont believe hydrocodone 5mg is even touching the pain im experiencing..

I’ve been working with Dr. Jacob Walcow for years now. He has taken a measured, thoughtful, scientific, heartfelt approach to my teeth and my care. My teeth are particularly challenging and he has taken them on as his own project. His services are invaluable. I’ve been to many dentists and he is by far the best. I recommend him and his whole practice. They are professional. They are excellent.

My first appointment was wonderful, everyone in the office was so nice and very professional. The dentist made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed before leaving! I would recommend them for any of your dentist needs. They made me feel comfortable.
