I had my first appointment with Arkansas Family Dental & it was great! The team is very thorough with explaining everything, which is not what I’ve experienced in the past with other dentist offices. KB was absolutely amazing, as well as the others in the office. Very happy with the experience overall & I’m so glad I don’t have to look for another dentist office ever again.

OMG!! 10/10 highly recommend!! From the moment my husband and I walked into Arkansas Family Dental we were blown away with the great atmosphere and a GREAT receptionist by the name of (JACKIE)! She knew exactly who we were without us telling her and greeted us so kindly🥰 Once I was called to the back show,(KB) gave me a tour of the building, telling me everything I need to know and making me very comfortable(the sweetest) I normally have bad anxiety but she made me feel comfortable and like I known her my entire life lol.. She listen to what my concerns were and what I wanted to be done. She made sure the doctor knew my wants and needs! Customer service TOP TIER! I needed a crown put on (ALEX) was the person who assisted me with that making sure that my blood pressure was good and that I was comfortable the entire time, She made sure to let me know if I had any questions or concerns let her know! She was amazing as well.... DR. Mascagni made sure I received everything to achieve my perfect smile! She made sure I was numb properly and didn't rush one bit..She made sure she heard what I wanted and went from there with the best solution! I had the best experience ever!! Thank you to the ladies mentioned above!

Best dentist my family and I have ever been too. Clean, welcoming atmosphere. All of the employees are very welcoming, professional, and eager to help. The pricing compared to other clinics is much more reasonable too. Dr. Eastburn is our dentist and has always done an outstanding job regardless of any complications. There was however one bad experience we had with Dr. Samaria Mascagni involving a procedure she did on my husband. During the process, she was really uptight, inconsiderate, and rude with her comments to my husband. It was unnecessary. Dr. Eastburn is much more considerate and professional. We have seen him many times for big and small things, and we have never had any bad experiences with him. I would highly recommend this clinic. We have never been more happy with our dentist.

I’ve had a really great experience with this office. From the moment you walk in, everyone is friendly, welcoming, and professional. The staff takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure you’re comfortable throughout the entire visit. A special shout-out to Andrew, who was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the process. He made me feel welcome, answered my questions, and helped make the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The dentist was thorough, patient, and never made me feel rushed. They genuinely seemed to care about my dental health rather than just getting me in and out. The office is clean, modern, and runs on time, which I really appreciate. Going to the dentist isn’t something most people look forward to, but this team makes it as easy and pleasant as possible. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist they can trust.

Arkansas Family Dental is just that! From the moment I step in, I feel welcomed and cared for. Jacqueline at the front desk is the sweetest person ever. She is always smiling and prepared to answer any questions I may have and if not she’s finding me the answer. She makes the check in process a breeze. Bonus for her Spanish speaking skills. Then there is Trinity my dental hygienist. She is the sweetest person ever as well. She remembers everything about me and is always asking for updates on my life. It’s impressive how she sees so many patients and remembers little ole me! She goes above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. She always talks me through my dental care and even while she’s working she’s talking me through it and always welcomes any questions I may have. She’s very attentive to making sure I’m comfortable throughout. Both of these ladies and everyone for that matter is so welcoming at Arkansas Family Dental. I will continue to always have my dental care needs taken care of with them!

I had to switch dental clinics due to the need for more flexibility with scheduling. My daughter had just started using AFD, and she loved it. I decided to give it a try and scheduled my mother, who has Alzheimer's, and me for appointments. From our first interaction with AFD to my experience with Richard, the service and professionalism has been top tier. Even though everybody has been super pleasant and friendly to work with, Richard has really gone above and beyond. My mom really struggles with "new" people she does not know, but Richard really won her over. I highly recommend AFD!

ALL the staff at Arkansas family dental was so welcoming and friendly. Starting with the person that answered the phone when I called and got me worked in. To the receptionist at the front. The assistant that took me back and did my x-rays was absolutely wonderful. I think we both enjoyed my visit. LOL. The dentist was very professional and took the time to talk with me about the problem. He was very knowledgeable and help me with other information that he didn't have to. The facility is nice and everyone is very personable. They did everything to accommodate me in any way I needed. They all work so well together. I would recommend this place to anyone. They also give back to the community. Not positive but I think it is once a year they have a free dental clinic for anyone.

From the first time I called to the day of my appointment, I was impressed with AR Family Dental! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and everyone seemed to enjoy their jobs! This was the first time in years I experienced such exemplary customer service, making me feel truly valued. KB provided a thorough tour of the office, explained everything I needed to know before my appointment, and even offered me a blanket if I felt cold. She(KB) was professional, gracious and very knowledgeable of her job! I had to have a root canal done, and it was the best I've ever experienced, and for a root canal, that's saying a lot! I'm so excited! I've found a real dentist office and staff who care about their patients, not just the money! Thank you all for welcoming me to the AR Family Dental family! 🩷
