I’ve been coming here for a year now, and every visit has been a great experience. Everyone is friendly and welcoming, from the front desk staff to the financial representative. The customer service is truly top-notch. My hygienist, Joidon, was amazing, kind, knowledgeable, and very gentle throughout my appointment. Dr. Rachel is always fantastic and consistently provides excellent care. I need an upcoming dental procedure that is a bit costly, but the financial representative took the time to explain several payment options that will help me save money. I really appreciate the outstanding care and customer service this office provides.

Dr. Scallion himself was very honest and straightforward. His approach to my dental issue was conservative, practical, and focused on what was truly necessary rather than recommending extensive treatment. In contrast to a previous consultation where root canals were recommended for all of my affected teeth, Dr. Scallion carefully evaluated my situation and explained why a less invasive approach was appropriate. He took the time to explain my options clearly and answered all of my questions without rushing. The entire staff was professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. From scheduling to treatment, everything was handled efficiently and with genuine care. I had a great experience with Dr. Scallion. He took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment options and the reasoning behind his recommendations. What impressed me most was that he never seemed rushed. He patiently answered every question I had and made sure I understood the pros and cons of each approach. Well organized and efficient front crew make scheduling and check in/out a breeze. Everyone here is friendly and welcoming. I’ve been a patient for 5 yrs with cleanings, fillings and even a dental implant with zero issues. Drs Gibson and Mann plus assistants are all top notch. Dr Burnett performed the implant and was very gentle, probably the kindest healthcare provider I’ve ever met. The CRNA was able to start the IV on first attempt. All procedures are done in house, too. If you’re looking for a one and done shop w/a friendly, caring team, you’ve found it. Special shout out to my hygentist, Keeley, she’s so fun and I look forward to my cleanings.

I’ve been going to this office since I was younger, and I truly can’t say enough good things about them. Dr. Tramel is always kind, professional, and makes every visit feel comfortable and stress-free. The staff has always been so welcoming and caring, and you can really tell they treat their patients like family. It’s rare to find a dentist office you can trust for so many years, and I’m so thankful for the care they’ve given me throughout my life. I would highly recommend Dr. Tramel and this amazing office to anyone!

DR. Robert trammell did a fantastic job on my fillings, virtually pain free besides the wedges which was just a little bit of pressure. I have my smile back now!
