Convenient location and friendly staff. During procedures, Dr. Dove was gentle and checked in many times to make sure I was good. I truly appreciate that. I couldn't continue with this practice for a few reasons, but mainly because Dr. Dove insisted on using metallic fillings on me when I requested enamel colored. I have cavity prone teeth and I'm still young, so I do not want a mouth full of metal shining every time I open my mouth. I ended up with 2 or 3 metal fillings that I didn't want, that have since had to be replaced. I'm back to all enamel colored and they've lasted longer than the metal so far. I also felt a pre-existing crown getting loose (had been bothering me for months) and was dismissed when I asked for it to be checked. I had to talk to a hygienist afterwards, and she looked more closely, confirmed, and called the doctor back for a treatment plan. Separately, I tried to make an appointment at another location but it seems like each office is independent rather than a network - they were going to intake me like a brand new patient rather than use my existing records. I didn't have time or desire to start from scratch again, so I didn't get to try out a different office. My final straw was at my last cleaning. I don't remember the dentist's name but I do think she was a full dentist, not a hygienist. When she was doing my routine cleaning, she kept gouging my gums with the metal hook instrument. One or two slips is fine, but each time she went in, she was grabbing and scraping flesh, not teeth. I get regular cleanings so I understand what that process should feel like, and that's not it. It was so bad I almost came up out of that chair. She was sweet, but sweet only goes so far when someone is stabbing you with meat hooks. 😅 I hate to imagine a pediatric patient going through that, and their pain is dismissed because the adults think they're being dramatic. Overall, I felt dismissed and unheard as a patient when I voiced my dental concerns, treatment preferences, and when I asked that doctor to chill out with the meat hooks in my gums. I want to be an active partner in my treatment plans, so this practice was not for me.

Dr Dove was great. His staff was excellent. He addressed all of my concerns. I will definitely be going back. Thank you and your staff.

I highly recommend them! They are wonderful people. The ladies at the front desk are very welcoming and helpful. Dr.Dove is very comforting and talks you through every step, which is very helpful because I was terrified. Ms.Zan literally held my hand through it all, such a sweet lady. Thank you again Ms.Zan, you're such a beautiful soul. Ms.Shannia you are awesome! For a lady that's coming at you with a needle, you sure know how to do that and still be comforting. I have been coming for years now and I love it here. Dr. Dove is amazing and makes me feel very safe when getting nerve racking procedures done in the past. The staff are all super nice whenever I come in and I love chatting with the girlies :) Definitely going to continue coming.

My appointment with Shania was a very pleasant and quick appointment. She was very detailed in her care. She told me what she saw and what she was doing and looking at as she cleaned my teeth. I was recommended to Ove by my daughter and granddaughter. They loved the experience and professionalism. I made an appointment and to my surprise they were totally correct. It was amazing to see such friendly and caring staff, everyone was awesome. I will definitely recommend Dr. Dove to friends and family.

Everyone was very professional, Patience, Kind and helpful. Doctor Joseph Dove was very professional and exampled everything that I would need and his money lady explained the cost and how I could pay. Very nice staff. I give y'all a 5 on my first visit.
