A 5 star rating for a dentist. Yep. Dr. Chander is unique. She will be direct and honest- but will not lead you down the path that is self serving to her and the practice but actually for you, her patient. Example: I had a Thursday appointment for a crown the weekend before Mother’s Day. I am in the chair and she decides she wants a few more X-rays. She had the chance to start drilling and preparing but instead chose to move my appt to Monday in case there were issues and I was in pain (decay too close to the nerve). She told me she would have worried all weekend and rather do it when I could get in quickly for a root canal. She is top tier. She and her staff are wonderful and compassionate. Her spidey senses are on point (because she is a good thorough dentist) and I 5-star recommended her to everyone. Big shoutout to Kylie, Diane & Elizabeth- you guys are fantastic too!

Appointment was at 11 AM. I’m stuck on traffic on 150 if anybody knows about 150 they know how bad it is. Drove down from Statesville 30 minutes at 11 AM I am 3 miles away and due the traffic says I’ll arrive at 11:12. Mooresville dental call me. I advised them of such and they immediately stated that they’re canceling and rescheduling my appointment. How many times I’ve sat in a waiting room for more than 15 minutes and you just have to deal with it. Unfortunately medical practices are a one-way street. This was literally just a consultation to meet the dentist. It would’ve taken no more than five minutes. Absolutely the perfect way to get new Patience. I own a medical practice and we understand that things happen and I would never make my patient reschedule because they were running late because I know that sometimes our patients have to wait in the waiting room for more than 15 minutes Do better Especially if you want new patients, which will not be me

My second time at the Mooresville Dental Group and my second wonderful experience. They are friendly, caring, knowledgeable and professional…to say the least. Lots of wonderful music playing and if you are good, they may even sing to you! Seriously, these two visits to the Mooresville Dental Group have been great. I would definitely recommend them!

Dallas is always amazing. She’s very thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. I got to meet Dr. Chander. Wow, she’s got a great personality and fun! Trudy as usual, is wonderful!

Diana was amazing. I think that the difference between good customer service and great customer service is the anticipation and preparation for what your customer needs. Diana went above and beyond. She made sure that I was well informed and ensure dthat I was fully aware of and understood every step of my proceedure to include recovery. It is clear that communication is a priority. I’m so grateful for the such great support I got with my issues. Stephanie was an amazing help! Everyone here is very kind and very friendly. I never have any issues with my visits. I have gotten the chance to grow up knowing Dr. Robinson and I can gladly say he is a very well rounded and great doctor! Everyone here is like family and I totally recommend to any new customers you will love this place and your teeth will too!!! 10/10 would highly recommend
