Gem State Dental

Great experience! So glad to be at Gem State Dental! The staff was cheerful and welcoming. I didn’t feel rushed, my needs were met, Dr Berglund and the other staff listened to my concerns and answered my questions thoroughly. There was a mishap with my recent dental X-rays coming through from another dentist and Dr Berglund was kind enough to waive the fee of getting some of them retaken. I was given excellent care! Thank you Gem State!

The staff at gem state dental are genuinely incredible. I had a dental emergency and wasn’t even a patient of theirs, but I called and they were able to see me within just a few hours. They did a full examination for me and scheduled me for the next day. I was so nervous going into it but I left feeling super confident and like I was in good hands. Everyone that helped me was so nice and supportive, and you can tell they genuinely want to help people. I cannot explain enough how grateful I am for their kindness and service. I will absolutely be going to them again, thank you so much Gem State!

Best experience I have had at a dental office in my whole life. I have a really bad phobia of dental offices/dental work and even before I mentioned this they were already very calm and created a relaxing environment. When I did mention my phobia they made sure to make me as comfortable as possible, allowing accommodations that I needed for the process. I would give this place a 100/5 if I could.

Locally owned. Very nice. They fit me into an open slot as a new patient within a week when other places i talked to were unable to do so for months. They were efficient and personable. I just had basic cleaning and check up, but i would been comfortable with more involved work. I liked the doctor wearing amusing socks-- very approachable. They are now my regular family dental place.

Ripped out two of my teeth and somehow I'm not in agony. But also the team just gives a really cool vibe. They've been super understanding and kind to me every time I've gone in. ✌🏻

I really appreciated the straight forward approach by the entire office staff on my cleaning & crown. This is a much quieter office, not rushed like other dentist I’ve been to. Both the Hygienist and Dentist both took the time to visit with me and address my needs. A+ on Communication-Price and overall satisfaction! Thank you!

The staff and Dr Berglund were so kind and helpful! Explaining everything so well . And how nice that upon leaving there were no charges due! In the past with my prior dentist , even though I had dental insurance, I ALWAYS had a hefty amount due at the end of the visit . Not here! I only wish I would have come here years ago .
