Excellent as usual. Kayla always does a great job. Here's my one negative note: I cannot tolerate then fluoride varnish you're using. It burned my esophagus and made me sick to my stomach. I don't know what changed? The stuff you used to use was better.

I had a toothache from April - July, went to a recommended dentist 3x with no relief and no answers. Went to Dr. Menard and an hour later the problem was taken care of. Good communication, clean office, very professional staff. A well deserved 5 star review.

Excellent staff! I was able to get in quickly, Kayla did an excellent job. She listened and she explained what she was doing next. The Dentist was professional and thorough. Never thought I’d say this about a Dentist office, but I highly recommend them and will be back.

It's silly how obsessed I am with my dentist. After some rough experiences with other dentists in the area and a lot of dental anxiety, I decided to give Palouse View Dental a try. And wow!! The staff is INCREDIBLE! I have the same hygienist every visit (year after year) and she's amazing (shout out, Charlie!). And even with the change over in owning-dentist, the care and kindness in the office is unmatched. He takes time, listens to concerns, and is very knowledgeable. Even the front desk staff - such great people with fantastic customer service. The calming music, updated technology to reduce the metal scraping necessary, and chapstick all make this feel more like a spa experience than medical office. Lastly, I've taken my toddler in with me to get her used to the dentist and they are amazing with kids! They've been very accommodating to her joining me at my appointments, and making her appointments fun and low stress. We even had a few "office visit" type appointments where she didn't let them in her mouth for a real check, and they don't bill for those! Seriously, they have a customer for life with my family, and we're lucky to have a practice like this in our area.

A dentist that actually has a committed staff so it doesn’t take 8 months to schedule a simple cleaning? I thought it was unheard of before visiting Palouse View Dental. Friendly, young, innovative and talented staff.

Every single team member at Palouse View Dental cares about their patients. From the front-desk staff, to the personable hygienists and Dr. Menard, they’re all concerned about whole-person health and I am so grateful to have such a wonderful team caring for me and my family!

I have been a patient of Palouse View Dental for 5+ years now. I try to take care of my teeth so only have had check-ups & cleaning since Dr Hansen left the clinic. I had some issues with some 30+ year old fillings and today Dr Menard took care of my problems. Quick painless and happy is words I’d use to describe his work. I’m glad there’s some talented dentists in my area. Dr Menard and his staff are friendly and caring.
